We also operate an in-house Holiday Protections Scheme, which once the deposit is paid, if the guest has to cancel, means you are paid in full; terms apply.
Importantly, unlike many other holiday cottage companies, we pay you the same month we are paid by the guests. Many companies hold payments until the end of the month that guests have stayed. However with many people booking sometimes a year in advance, rather than retain these payments, we pay you straight away, which is obviously helpful for cash flow.
Whitby office, local staff – and no remote call centres!
Our office in Whitby enjoys a high level of footfall and provides a superb base to showcase properties, receive visitors and hand out keys.
Our staff are local and know the area well, so can assist guests – we offer a free concierge service with advice and recommendations from what to see and do, to planning a full day out for all the family.
We answer calls promptly – we don’t use call centres nor have elaborate channels of button pressing that people have to navigate to speak to us! Just a team of helpful, professional and highly trained staff – who know every cottage, first-hand.
