This lovely stone farmhouse provides spacious family accommodation is furnished to a high standard and enjoys an attractive South facing aspect, the conservatory is situated in an elevated position and has South and East facing views over the surrounding countryside. With an elegance of the Georgian era that boasts many original features such as cornicing and a wide staircase with carved mahogany hand rail, it's a great choice for families or groups of friends to enjoy a wonderful holiday.

The house is accessed through a covered outer hallway - perfect for storing coats, bikes and beach equipment! - which leads to a large kitchen with quality units, oak worktops, a Belfast sink, a good size range oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave plus there's a utility room with washing machine, dryer and WC.
Ground Floor
The sitting room has oak floors and overlooks the garden and beyond to a small orchard and pretty meadows. It has a wood burning stove - perfect for cozying up to in the cooler months - plus TV/DVD - a lovely room to sit and relax.

There is a formal dining room off the kitchen with oak floors, in which to sit, relax and enjoy meals. This in turn leads to a charming conservatory, which is light and airy, again with views of the garden - it's a perfect space to sit and enjoy a morning cuppa with a good book.
First Floor
To the first floor are three bedrooms - there's a double with a king size bed with views of the garden. The second double bedroom has a double bed and garden views plus there's a triple bedroom with three full size 3' beds. There is a shower room with shower, WC and hand wash basin.

The house bathroom is wonderful, spacious, with a free-standing roll top bath, separate shower, WC and hand wash basin.
The property is situated in spacious gardens and grounds; to the front is a lawned garden with the hot tub - how perfect to lie back and relax under the stars after a day on the beach, walking or sightseeing! There is also a BBQ and a table and seating - an idyllic spot for enjoying al fresco dining.





Hayburn Beck Farmhouse is set in glorious open countryside 2 miles north of the village of Cloughton, 5 miles from Scarborough. It is a great location for outdoor activities, with golf courses, lovely coastal walks along the Cleveland Way, stunning cycle routes such as the old railway to Whitby, beautiful sailing and championship quality surfing. Add to this all the usual seaside entertainment and bustling promenades located close to the beach and Scarborough is the destination with something for everyone. Ideally situated for touring the coastline and the moors, makes Scarborough an ideal base for a fun-filled break.

A family run attraction with lots to see and do, with Lavender Fields – a pleasant nature walk, tea room and unique gift shop.


This former railway line which closed in 1923 is now open to walkers and cyclists.

Known as the ‘Cinder Track’, it takes you through the North Yorks Moors National Park with options to take several detours to visit places such as Cloughton Wyke, the Cleveland Way and Stoupe Beck Sands.


The 12th century castle conceals over 2,500 years of turbulent history and is well worth a visit when in Scarborough.

Specially constructed viewing platforms offers visitors wonderful views of the coastline and town.


Overlooking the North Bay and home to thousands of sea creatures as well as a busy hospital for orphaned and injured seal pups.

One of the country’s most popular steam railways, covering 18 miles between the market town of Pickering and the village of Grosmont, travelling through the heart of the North York Moors National Park.
