Negatives, the Kitchen needed a good clean, oven and dishwasher very dirty, ended up not using the kitchen at all. And the oven gloves needed throwing away.
No light bulb working in the second bedroom, one bulb missing in main bedroom.
No curtains in front bedroom, just a cheap blind, used sheet off bed to keep the morning light out.
Not enough storage in bedrooms for a couple, so don't know how 5 would fair.

We were shocked when we recieved this as we take pride in our holiday home.
I am sorry that you experienced these issues whilst staying in our
property.
We can assure you that we have addressed these problems, and will make sure
they do not happen again.
