A fantastic, luxury holiday cottage positioned in a stunning location in the heart of Sandsend with breath-taking views, private parking, enclosed garden and a lovely spacious balcony. The property has been lovingly restored by the owners and is furnished throughout with elegance, style and great attention to detail. Enjoying stunning panoramic sea views, an amazing decked sun veranda, private parking and a lawned garden area with seating this property is the perfect choice for both families and couples.

The bed linen and towels were not changed mid stay as promised

Also some aspects of the cleaning were not good. One of the fridges was filthy. A tumble drier would have been useful (and I would have thought essential in the winter months).

Upon entering Whitby on the A171 from the direction of York, turn left at the ‘Cross Butts’ stable restaurant which will be on your right. It is signposted, ‘Sandsend’. Continue until you come to the ‘Spar’ garage on the left and then turn left into Love lane. At the end, at the mini roundabout, turn left towards Sandsend.

As you enter the village you will see the Doctors surgery on the left, then a brown wooden cafe on the right. We have just returned from a wonderful week at Angel Heights in Sandsend. The property was amazing, spacious and homely along with great views. We wanted to email to say thank you to Yorkshire Coastal Cottages for the warm welcome we received (the only sad thing being we left the gorgeous hessian bag behind ….huge mistake) and for your support with understanding the heating and how to put up travel cot. Your support was greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for a great week.
