The bungalow is all on one level in an elevated position, some two miles from Whitby in the beautiful village of Sandsend.

Upon entering Whitby on the A171 from the direction of York, turn left at the ‘Cross Butts’ stable restaurant which will be on your right. It is signposted, ‘Sandsend’. Continue until you come to the ‘Spar’ garage on the left and then turn left into Love lane. At the end, at the mini roundabout, turn left towards Sandsend.
As you enter the village you will see the Doctors surgery on the left, then a brown wooden cafe on the right. Opposite this is the left turning into ‘Meadowfields’, travel up Meadowfields and continue onto the ‘Private Road’. The incline gets steeper and you will see the entrance to ‘Angel Heights’ on the right with its own parking area, you can also park on the road outside the property.
Access to the property is via approx 10 steps with a handrail to the right hand side. The elevated position permits the spectacular panoramic sea views.
Approach to the property
The car parking area has a concrete surface and leads to the concrete steps up onto the decking in front of the property. Access is via the front door.
There is an external table and 4 chairs at the front together with an oak bench seat. At the rear is a patio area, greenhouse, storage container with BBQ and a further external dining table with 4 chairs. To the side of the property is a garden area with further garden bench and seating area.
