Parking and Entrance There is private drive parking directly in front of the property with parking for 3 vehicles / drive is wide and allows easy access from vehicles
On the side drive there are 2 entrances to the property- at the front into the porch and at the rear into the kitchen which is accessible through a latched driveway gate
The rear door is 680mm wide and is accessed by 2 steps - there are grab handles for the rear door (which is the initial access door) the rear steps are 350mm high The front door is 760mm wide and accessed by 2 steps - the steps are 400mm high
On entrance the bungalow is all one level. The kitchen is 2.55m x 2.66m with a wide opening into the lounge 3.1m x 4.4m - a door 760mm wide leads into a small porch and the front entrance door.
The hallway is accessed by a door from the lounge 760mm wide. This hallway 760mm wide leads into the bedrooms, shower room and conservatory.
The main bedroom 3.3m x 3.3m is accessed by a door 760mm wide and has a low king sized bed with access to all sides.
Bedroom 2 2.4m x 3.1 is accessed by a door 760mm wide. There are 2 fixed single beds one is 6 ft long and one is 6 ft 3 long. The width between the beds is 600mm. This room has remote controlled lighting - the control can be found to the right of the door
The shower room 2.6m x 1m is accessed by a opening outwards door 690mm wide and has a 1000mm wide shower cubicle with over head and flexible head shower options. The shower has a step into it 20cm high
The conservatory/dinning area 3.1m x 3.4m is accessed by a door 700 wide.
PLEASE NOTE - from the hallway into the conservatory there is a 30mm drop/ step into the room
The conservatory has French doors 1055mm wide that open outward onto the rear patio which slopes downwards from the doors. The grass area is flat. By the rear drain there is a channel to allow for rainwater flow. Caution is required as this could be a trip hazard.
