On the ground floor is Quarter Deck, a beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment sleeping up to four people. The interior has been refurbished to create spacious living accommodation and includes high quality furnishings to give it that extra special feel.

• Large sitting room with views of Filey Bay and a flat screen TV • Kitchen with dining area, ideal for holiday makers having everything you need for your break (dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and washing machine)

• Large double bedroom with views of Glen Gardens and an en-suite bathroom.

• Cosy double bedroom overlooking the enclosed courtyard – the ideal place to dry off and store bikes, surf boards, wetsuits, and other beachy items.

• House bathroom with shower over bath with a Yorkshire Rose stained glass window high enough to enjoy but retain your privacy.

Lookout is a fabulous two-bedroom apartment on the first floor, the accommodation is ideal for two adults and two children and comprises of;

• Spacious sitting/dining room with a large balcony where you can sit, enjoy breakfast or drinks, or just sunbathe, whilst enjoying the sea view, flat screen TV.

• A compact kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, kettle and toaster

• The bathroom which has a large walk-in shower.

• A large double bedroom with original feature fireplace overlooking the park which inspires the décor, and a large king-size bed that will also convert to twin beds.

• The children’s bedroom features a bunk bed and is decorated in a nautical theme to inspire future sailors!

On the second floor is Upper Deck, a light and airy apartment with lots of character and stunning views of the sea, beach and Filey Bay. Decorated and furnished to a high standard the accommodation comprises;

• Spacious sitting/dining room with a Flat screen TV

• Large kitchen with small sitting area overlooking the staircase and original stained-glass window. Both the kitchen and sitting room have bird's eye views of the beach and out to sea.

• Bathroom with a shower.

• Two large double bedrooms one with an original feature fireplace

All bed linen and towels are included, cots and high chairs are available. There is off street, private parking for three/four cars and free Wi-Fi.

FILEY BEACH With miles of golden, sandy beach nearby – recently voted the UK’s Best Beach in 2018 – there’s always plenty of room for the little ones to let off some steam and for the adults to walk for miles uninterrupted.

Or try your hand at water sports such as sailing or surfing or just settle down in a deck chair with a good book and enjoy the sunshine.

THE COBLE LANDING Lined with boats and kiosks selling coffee, tea, seaside snacks and even those ever-popular bacon sandwiches, The Coble Landing is a must to enjoy the views before a walk along the spacious promenade, dotted with coastal themed sculptures.

THE FILEY BRIGG You can walk to the tip of this narrow rock peninsular during low tide and maybe see a seal, sunbathing on the rocks.

The cliff top above The Brigg forms part of the Country Park, which is popular with picnickers, birdwatchers and hang-gliders and is the start of The Wolds Way.

FILEY MUSEUM A past winner of Discover Yorkshire Coast’s Small Attraction of the Year award, is housed in a building dating from 1696, and is crammed with fascinating memorabilia, including an extensive photographic archive.

DALBY FOREST Cyclists can enjoy a challenge at Dalby Forest, or perhaps follow some of the Tour De Yorkshire route and tackle the famous Cote De Harwood Dale or just pedal village to village along the idyllic country roads of the nearby Wolds and admire the views made famous by leading artist David Hockney.

BEMPTON CLIFFS Bird Lovers will love the nature reserve at Bempton Cliffs to see the 250,000 guillemots, gannets and puffins who flock there to raise their young between April and August.

It is a haven for birds and animals, including an important colony of great-crested newts and has an interesting Visitor Centre.

STEPHEN JOSEPH THEATRE Scarborough is 20 minutes north of Filey where theatre goers can enjoy the world premieres of Alan Ayckbourn plays plus Scarborough Open Air Theatre attracts many world-class artists – recent concerts have included Britney Spears, The Beach Boys, Little Mix and Tom Jones! RESTAURANTS Filey has a number of restaurants including many renowned fish and chip eateries, good local inns, English, Chinese and India restaurants.

There are charming tea rooms to enjoy the gentle pleasure of taking afternoon tea SHOPPING Boasting splendid Edwardian architecture, Filey is home to many quirky shops – while away an afternoon browsing and collecting souvenirs.
