“Absolutely fabulous property to stay at, located about 10 minutes easy walk into Bridlington.”

..sea views are brilliant, and the beach is literally across the road...lovely touch from the owners leaving a gift and card to welcome us....Pub/ Hotel next door didn't cause us any noise problems, but we were there at the end of February so not peak season and you do get 20% discount on food and drink. Facilities in the house we're great, plenty of utensils, needs a new bin in the kitchen as lid doesn't work properly so we had to take it off. Beds are all comfortable, clean sheets and towels ...

Facilities in the house we're great, plenty of utensils, needs a new bin in the kitchen as lid doesn't work properly so we had to take it off. Beds are all comfortable, clean sheets and towels in every room. If you are staying for longer than a weekend, I'd suggest taking spare toilet rolls as only 1 left in each toilet, which isn't much and for the amount you are paying its a bit tight. If you are using all bedrooms, then be aware 1 bedroom doesn't have any toilet or shower, so whoever is in that room would have to share those facilities in another room , the only spare toilet is downstairs in the hallway but it doesn't have a shower.

There are five off-road parking spaces directly outside the property, so you can easily unload your belongings and get yourself set up for the week.

Step into the entrance hall, where you can leave your seaside essentials after a day on the beach, before discovering the ground-floor living quarters.

Head to the kitchen, where you can sit at the dining table and keep the designated chef company whilst they get acquainted amongst the appliances.

Serve up culinary delights in the separate dining room, with enough seating for the entire group, plus there’s sea views from the bay window!

Put your feet up in the lounge, pondering on the holiday agenda whilst the electric fire gently heats the space.

Find the utility for your laundry needs, housing a washing machine and tumble dryer, with a rear door providing access to the enclosed garden; here you can relax upon the furniture whilst your pooch stretches their legs or head into the games room and enjoy a selection of games, including snooker, billiards, darts and table football.

Spend fun times with the family in the large downstairs sitting room or escape to the peace and quiet of the first-floor lounge and enjoy the panoramic views of Bridlington Bay that stretch from Flamborough Head to Hornsea.

The bedrooms at this Bridlington home are set across the upper two floors; the first-floor provides two kings, two doubles and a twin, each with en-suite shower rooms and TVs, along with a bunk room with double and single bed.

Continue to the second-floor to find the master super-king-size with en-suite shower, walk-in wardrobe and TV, along with a king-size with en-suite bathroom.
