Arrival and car parking
There is unrestricted on-street parking immediately outside the house, which is available on a first come first served basis. The entrance to a pay and display car park is about 70M from the property.
Entrance and ground floor
There are 17 old stone steps from the pavement up to the front door. Some of these are worn due to their age. The front door is a timber half glazed inward opening stable door. The lever handle and lock is around 130cm from floor level. There is a clear opening width of 78cm. There is a 22cm high step into the property. All of the internal timber doors in this property have door knobs at around 80cm from floor level. All of the light switches in the property are situated at around 130cm from floor level. The house is heated by a gas fired combination boiler with radiators throughout. All of the bedrooms have wash basins.
The front door opens into the dining area, which has original floorboards and measures around 3.4M by 5.2M.
