“Had a lovely 3 night stay at the fabulous apartment , beautiful furnishings and a bath to die for , everything we needed was at hand , very spacious and well maintained and a fantastic view on the beach front .”

“The flat was so spacious and we loved the character of it , the beautiful wooden staircase gave it a feel of grandeur.”

To leave shoes in the hallway out of sight made it easy to keep the flat looking tidy and the size of all the rooms meant that we had plenty of space for all our bits and pieces. We never got to use the many TV channels on offer but thought it was a nice touch that they were available in case of bad weather. We have family in Hornsea and will not hesitate to rebook.

“We’ve just returned from a week’s stay and cannot recommend this apartment enough….”

As soon as we walked through the door we were struck by how nice and fresh it smelt and also how clean the place was. It has been finished to a very high standard with lovely fresh bedding and towels. We especially liked the separate entrance/cloakroom where we could hang our wet coats and also wipe the dogs down after a walk on the beach, without trailing sand ever-where…. Sitting on the balcony whilst listening to the waves crashing is just priceless. We will definitely be returning and cannot wait….!!!

“Beautiful furnished apartment looking out to the sea.”

Facilities excellent. The chocolate cake,crisps & milk were an added bonus. Very cosy sitting & watching the storm from the bedroom in the rocking chairs. A very relaxing week. Very friendly area we were made very welcome. We'll definitely visit again.

We didn't need to move the car the whole time we were there as it was easy to walk to everywhere and with those views, taking the time to walk and admire the view was very much welcomed. “This is a beautiful apartment.”

The little covered balcony is perfect for listening to the sea in the evening. There’s no where else so close to the sea, and the Floral hall is perfect for breakfast. What else can you ask for.

“A lovely flat, so nice to have a secluded balcony with sea views.”

Easy access to the beach and the town. We couldn’t work out how to use the washing machine, but that was not a problem as the small amount of hand washing dried easily on the airer. No negatives, all positive! We really enjoyed our visit.

“We loved every minute of our stay at Beachside and would have stayed longer if we could have.”

The apartment was spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable, the best sleep in a long time. Those things are important to us when staying in holiday accommodation and at Beachside it meant that we could relax and enjoy our short break. The "icing on the cake," is the fabulous balcony where we sat each morning to eat our breakfast whilst listening to the sound of the sea; a perfect way to start the day. I would describe Beachside as a piece of paradise to which we can't wait to return.

“We have just returned from this beautiful apartment overlooking the sea and bowling green.”

Watching the game unfold from our balcony or looking for dolphins which we were lucky enough to spot . Be patient. The main bedroom offered perfect views across the sea sitting in one of the 2 rocking chairs with binoculars . What I loved was the bright airy rooms. Huge bedroom. The balcony a bonus even if the weather wasn't perfect wrap up in a throw and watch the world go by. The decor immaculate good quality fixtures furniture couldn't fault anything. Perfect location for running walking and just relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay with our lovely dog Lacey. Oh the swimming pool at the hub is well worth a visit. Reccomend this beautiful apartment oh and parking right outside a bonus too.

Hornsea is our favourite seaside holiday and now we have found our favourite place to stay. Excellent accommodation. Large rooms which are tastefully furnished. Nice and warm. Wonderful views of the sea from the front windows. Balcony a bonus. Good sized shower and super sized bath. Well equipped kitchen. Bus stop very close to property. Did not want to leave and hope to return again.

“A beautiful property with loads of room, was decorated lovely for Christmas, a nice warm welcoming feeling when we arrived.”

Nice comfy beds and large bathroom. Lovely outlook to the sea which we took full advantage of through the large windows in all the rooms, we had a very relaxing break and our dog Milo loved being so close to the beach.Recommend Seafront Chippy for fish and chips the best and freshest tasting fish we have ever had.

We were there four nights in November but sitting on the balcony in summer would make a wonderful relaxing holiday. Our French bulldog loved the walks and visiting the Marine pub which is just across the road. We would love to return soon.

“Uncomfortable bed, dirty toilet, appalling customer service having to tolerate full day banging in the flat above finding out at the end of the day it was our property owner working on their second holiday let above us with no notice of the work being carried out or compensation offered.”

We were blessed with beautiful weather so we able to make use of the balcony and were so lucky to see several dolphins swim by. “We Loved the apartment very spacious.”

Great views of the sea, easily accessible to walk along the beach promenade. The apartment had everything we needed except that it would be useful to have some user instructions for the microwave. Bathroom was lovely with a beautiful roll top bath which was great for wallowing in. The main bedroom was spacious and looked out to sea. The only downside was the bed, the pillows were like pancakes and for such a big room it would’ve added a bit more luxury to have a bigger bed with beautiful plumpy pillows so you can wake up in the morning propped up on the plumpy pillows looking out to sea. Hornsea town and beaches very clean and litter free. Overall a lovely apartment

“Beautiful apartment, in a brilliant location.”

It was clean, had everything we needed, and plenty of space, storage and luxury touches. The owners have clearly taken time and care in the renovation. We loved sitting watching the world go by on the balcony, and being able to hit the beach in seconds. Hornsea is a lovely town, with plenty of facilities and well cared for. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

HORNSEA

Bridlington 15 miles.

The pretty seaside town of Hornsea lies on the East Coast, 15 miles south of Bridlington. This old Victorian resort has long, wide, safe sandy beaches and an attractive promenade with well-kept gardens, ideal for families. The bustling town centre has an old-fashioned feel with a good variety of small shops, pubs and cafes, whilst nearby Hornsea Mere is the largest natural lake in Yorkshire and offers sailing, fishing and boat trips. Hornsea Freeport is popular for shopping, whilst Bempton Cliffs RSPB reserve can be reached in just over half an hour's drive, offering one of the largest mainland puffin populations in Britain. Hornsea is near to Wassand Hall and walled gardens and provides a good base for touring the Yorkshire Wolds, the North York Moors and the East Riding coastal resorts.
