With access to local amenities it is the ideal base for a family or group of friends looking to explore North Yorkshire.

Be welcomed into a beautifully furnished property, first finding a characterful sitting room with a selection of stylish furniture, a Smart TV, deep blue walls and bay windows, a space that will encourage guests to settle down beside the woodburning fire nestled in the period fireplace, and catch up on a good book.

The opulence of the sitting room is continued into a contemporary kitchen/diner, where ample amenities cater to your culinary needs, and dark blue furniture creates a stylish feel, so why not cook up a storm as a group and enjoy a hearty meal?

There are original features throughout, such as beams and half-moon windows, adding a characterful feel as you ascend the stairs to freshen up in the bathroom, before cosying up for the night in one of the homely bedrooms, all decorated in a calming neutral palette, choosing between a king with beautiful bare brick feature fireplace, a second spacious double and a single on the third floor.

Whitby is a fantastic location from which to explore North Yorkshire, with a whole range of shops, pubs, tasty eateries and attractions for guests to enjoy.

Indulge in a hearty meal out, or visit one of the many local attractions, including the fascinating Whitby Abbey, Whitby Museum, Dracula Experience, riverside walks, local gardens and of course the beautiful Whitby Beach, linking to walks along the stunning North Yorkshire and Cleveland Heritage Coast.

From here, head over to Robin Hood’s Bay for a day spent on a beautiful sandy beach, visit the picturesque harbourside town of Staithes, or take a hike or mountain bike through the incredible countryside of the North York Moors National Park.

Further from the property you will find the bustling town of Scarborough with its museum, art gallery, arcades, harbour and incredible castle.
