The property

Ground Floor With a private courtyard garden, 20a St Hilda’s has a superb, fully equipped kitchen, with granite work tops, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and washing machine. There is a spacious dining room with table and chairs to sit and enjoy meals together plus a sofa and a wood burning stove. The comfortable sitting room has a TV/DVD player and French doors opening into the courtyard. First Floor On the first floor is a good-size bedroom with a king size bed, chest of drawers and built-in wardrobes.

There is a small study, an ideal spot to sit and read. The charming house bathroom has a free-standing roll top bath, shower attachment, WC and hand wash basin. Second Floor On the second floor is a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room with a shower, WC and hand wash basin. Outside The pretty enclosed courtyard is planted with tubs and climbers for colour plus there's outside seating - this relaxing area is perfect for enjoying the first cuppa of the day or an evening pre-dinner glass of wine before cooking or going out to sample one of the many superb restaurants, all within easy walking distance.
