    “We were very disappointed with the bed - it was cheap and with no support -extremely uncomfortable- I spent 2 nights on the couch!”

    !! The shower was just a light dribble and fine spray - the sink in the bathroom was disappointingly tiny when there was a lot of space. Also there was room for a towel rail to help air towels -preferably a heated one. We were pleased that the view was good and kitchen equipment was adequate - thank you for dishwashing soap - but perhaps you could provide an extra toilet roll so guests don’t have to go out and buy a pack of 4 when just needed half a roll more. The next people should ...

The next people should have a spare in the cupboard anyway now.. We couldn’t find anywhere that you told us to bring towels - luckily on ringing the local rep we were provided with some. But asking people to bring their own towels these days when you have to have a laundry service for sheets seems out dated and difficult if you’re travelling by pubic transport - especially as they would have been damp and heavy going home. The bed was the thing that spoilt it the most sadly and will be the reason we do not use Sykes again.☹️
