“Lovely little cottage, clean, and fab location.”

The hot tub was a nice touch although didn’t appreciate the telling off message, we got from Sykes whilst we were there because the water level was too low after we used it. If there had been a hosepipe there we would topped the water up. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was lovely too. We also think the cottage could be a bit more homely as when we have stayed at other places they felt homely but this felt like it lacked that abit. Overall we enjoyed the visit and would recommend it.

Thank you for your feedback back, we try and keep the cottage welcoming and always very clean,we like to keep a neutral theme throughout the cottage so that it will appeal to all tastes. Unfortunately when the hot tub is used it can dispel some water, and there are clear rules and regulations for guests to adhere to when using the hot tub, we are not allowed to leave a hose pipe to fill up as this would alter the chemicals and make it unsuitable for use, so because the fountain feature had been left on the hot tub had drained, so a polite call to let us pop up and fill if this happened again was all that was required, so the hot tub is not damaged and overheating, We are glad you enjoyed your stay.
