Comfy and good location (except for very noisy road).

Only secondary double glazing. Very dark inside not helped by inaproppriate lighting especially in the bedroom. No wardrobe and no drawers. Quite steep stairs with rope handrail rigid handrail would be safer. Some basic items in the kitchen missing.

Very comfortable cottage and great location for visiting Malton and the surrounding areas.

We really appreciated the car parking space outside the house and the little rear garden area which was very nice to relax in. The cottage is very well presented and provides everything that you need for a comfortable stay . The Royal Oak pub which serves great food and is just a few minutes walk from the property.
