No words to describe when entering the property with the view through the sitting and dining area out to the river quite magical and tearful such a lovely location.

With the railway so close not an issue as mostly quiet during the day other than trains passing but not intrusive. Fully updated and nicely modernised and decorated with river views down to saviour and enjoy with ducks and yes the odd cow to see while you sit. Can I live here please?

Excellent property, very comfortable, you’ve got the NYMR and the babbling river Esk to sit and listen to from the balcony, very relaxing.

The property is very well equipped, just one thing the milk was welcome , but a couple of tea bags would have been nice (no welcome pack). We would certainly recommend this property and we will certainly return Gary and Elizabeth

Faultless stay, as always, relaxed as soon as we park up outside knowing we won't need to use the car again until we leave - unless we WANT to!

Exploring the local area is our favourite thing to do, so many fabulous walks from the door, or take the train on a mini adventure. Chilling out with a slice of cake (from the coop a stroll away) and a cuppa, watching wildlife on the river from the balcony is just heaven. We will continue to visit for as long as you will have us - Thank you for sharing this special place and the effort you put into making it all just perfect! Until the next time.....
