The property has been tastefully decorated with quality furnishings and a light decor adding to the welcoming feeling.
Be welcomed into the sitting room which has a large bay window giving the room an abundance of natural light and still retaining many of its original features such as the decorative inglenook fireplace housing an electric fire.
Here, you can cosy up with your loved ones on the selection of sofas and tune into the Smart TV to while away the hours as you catch up on the day's events.
Towards the rear of the property is a further open-plan living space, complete with a second sitting area benefitting from a woodburning stove for those winter months and plenty of sofas to curl up with a good book, or make the most of the Smart TV or Xbox 360. The dining area provides ample space for family gatherings over a hot meal and a refreshing beverage, or simply choose to plan the week's activities here.
Appliances of the highest order are on-hand to help you cook up a storm for your loved ones in the well-equipped kitchen, finished to a high standard with stunning granite worktops.
On the first floor are three bedrooms, two of which are king-size doubles and a twin, whilst the second floor has a further twin.
Some of the bedrooms have kept their original fireplaces, not currently in use, but adding a wealth of character to the rooms, alongside plenty of places for storing your belongings.
Choose from a family bathroom or second-floor shower room to prepare for your day in style, or if you're lucky enough to secure the master bedroom, you will be benefit from your very own en-suite shower room.
From the open-plan living space, there are tri-folding doors opening out to rear patio and decking area where you can look forward to dining alfresco during the summer months whilst your pets stretch their legs and play.
Due to your central location in the seaside town of Bridlington, you are well-placed for accessing a number of delightful eateries if you don't fancy cooking one evening, including a dog-friendly seafront bar 350 metres away.
Golf enthusiasts can enjoy the Belvedere Golf Club, which is only a 5 minute walk away, or if you're looking for a spot of culture, the local Bridlington Spa is the place to be with a theatre and conference centre inside; also within a 5 minute walking distance.
Brush up on the local history at Bridlington Priory, the 12th Century Bayle Museum or choose to explore the Georgian property Sewerby Hall and Gardens.
Those looking for outdoor activities can explore the RSPB Bempton Cliffs, rich with birdlife and coastal views.
