First impressions on arrival, outside not as advertised.

Decking filthy, outdoor furniture nothing like the photos and everything covered in cobwebs. Inside, living room generally ok, two single chairs well worn and seats very stained. Kitchen cooker had only one working ring ignited. Shocked to find large divot in kitchen floor that needed to be avoided "trip hazard". Main bathroom toilet very dirty (round the toilet rim) and mouldy round bath. Same in ensuite, dirty toilet and toothpick left on sink shelf. Shower head riser broken, wouldn't hold shower head up. Foisty, sweaty feet smell in both bedrooms that we couldnt get rid of even after buying can of air freshener. Towels, stained and too small, bedding very old and mismatched. TV had no aerial channels and Internet had unusable speeds requiring us to move the router to give access to some streaming channels. Very poor WiFi resulting in constant buffering. This supplied Internet did not support the TV on its own. Lodge heating difficult to operate with instructions supplied and appeared to not to be under our full control. In general very shabby, cleaning not up to scratch and not maintained.

The caravan was in a nice peaceful spot.

The freezer needs attention to the drawers which did not fit properly and instructions for using the ice maker would be helpful. We found that the furniture in the lounge area was quite tired and uncomfortable and the mattress on the double bed overhung at one side because the base was smaller than the mattress. One of the doors in the shower cubicle was off its track but hubby fixed it. The TV in the double bedroom wasn’t working for some reason. Apart from the above comments we did enjoy being near the beach and the weather was good ,Wi-Fi wasn’t strong enough for the TV picture kept breaking up,and wouldn’t run 2 iPads ,shower tap for bathroom would stay on red hot .
