From the beginning of our holiday, to the very end was amazing.

Apartment exactly as the pictures, beautifully clean and lovely welcome pack. The views from the lounge window were amazing watching the tide coming in and out was hypnotic. Mal and Maria were so welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. We will be returning in the future, would recommend it to anyone

My family and I had a wonderful stay.

We were greeted by the owner, who checked in with us after the first night to check everything was OK and said a friendly farewell to us when we left. He was always so cheery and made us feel welcome. The accommodation had everything, and I mean everything, you could need. This property is well thought out and attention to detail shows the care from the owners. Staying here was a home away from home.

Of all the many Sykes' properties we have stayed in this was one of the very best.

Spacious, immaculate, very well equipped, a mesmerizing sea view - and beautifully decorated for Christmas. The hosts were extremely warm and welcoming - Mal certainly went the extra mile by hosing down our windows on a freezing December day when he noticed that seaspray was impeding our view. Highly recommended!

The owners live downstairs, they were very friendly and helpful. Ideally situated for all amenities. Would definitely book this place again.

Being on the first floor the sea view was amazing.Beds very comfy nice bedding.Towels good quality.Kitchen was very well equipped . The welcome pack was appreciated .Parking was on road but felt safe not a problem.Would book again. Description said 2 bathrooms not correct only 1 Shower room with basin and separate toilet (No hand basin in toilet ) No freezer or icebox in fridge.

Lovely property, plenty of space and very clean.

Owners were very kind throughout our stay and we felt very welcome. It's a great property to explore the local area and enjoy the view across the sea. Very peaceful and quiet despite close proximity to the beach. Would recommend to anyone.

Situated looking out to sea, an ideal location for a very cared for flat.

The owners live downstairs and its so obvious that they not only look after the flat but also their customers. The welcome gifts were lovely. Highly recommended.

The apartment has the most amazing views of the sea. Ideal for pulling up a chair in the window and just watching the world go by. It’s deceptively large from looking at the outside. Both bedrooms and lounge are of a generous size. We liked the fact it was so close to all amenities meaning we didn’t have to use the car much. We had no problem with parking and it seemed very safe over night. Their street lights are left on. A must on a clear day is the lighthouse. Don’t be put off by the steps. Nice cafe too. We would certainly recommend to others looking for a comfortable place to stay in Withernsea. A surer would perhaps be beneficial for drying off damp towels but not a deal breaker. Thank you Mal and Maria for letting us stay and the goodies.

The flat was superb and the owners are lovely. We also had great weather which always is a bonus!

Lovely large accommodation with stunning view of the sea.

The apartment was large and with everything you could possibly want for your stay. The bed was comfy and the bathroom spacious. We found the owner to be friendly and helpful and we would definitely go back.

Great property, right on the seafront, kids didn't even put their shoes on to get to the beach.

A lovely property which is well looked after.

Comfy beds. The family bedroom was really useful. Plenty to do nearby and the beach across the road is great for the kids to play on. Withernsea is small - if you're looking for nightlife look elsewhere! We weren't - we wanted quiet and seaside and that's what we got. Hornsea and Spurn Point were good days out.

We stayed in the property with our three children 6, 9 and 12.

The property was very clean and looked as advertised. We thought it was really well decorated and loved all the art work of local places. The sea view is perfect. The kitchen was very well equipped, with dishwasher, microwave and airyer, as well as all the utensils you'll need. The bedding and towels were all of an excellent quality and there were plenty of towels for our stay. We had a very restful few days and would happily return.
