“Lovely bungalow in a good location.”
We met the gentleman who owned the property, who said if there was anything he could do for us just ask. He even offered us a lift to the local restaurant. The instructions for the house, said how to turn the heating on, just by a thermostat. The heating was obviously turned off, and there was no way we could over ride it. There was a note in the houses book stating someone else had the same problem!
Such a shame. Otherwise a lovely stay. We should have to ask to turn it on!

I’m really sorry that you had a problem with the heating on arrival, as we explained at the time, following a summer where the heating just hadn’t been used for 6 months the boiler had gone to “sleep mode” a quick press of the reset button and the boiler was up and running.
