“The property is exactly as described and located in a very quiet remote part of Hovingham.”

We loved the remote fields around for exercising our german shepherd. The cottage is very well equipped ( though missed a measuring jug and ladle, small detail) The wet room for showering is excellent as is the boot room for taking off muddy boots and drying our dog. The owners are across the enclosed courtyard but unobtrusive unless needed. Would highly recommend
