The cottage front garden was unkempt.
The enclosed back garden was a shared space that is not mentioned in the property description! The overall cleanliness was poor, cobwebs, dusty radiators. The decor at best can be described as tired. The washer/dryer in the kitchen would only wash and not dry. The kitchen its self was very poorly equipped, a small set of three saucepans which had seen better days! 2 small frying pans, and a dirty oven. There wasn’t a dishwasher which was not an issue but only 2 tea towels.! No comprehensive information folder, just a couple of pages left on the table plus info on prices for meals in the hotel. We couldn’t find an outdoor dustbin when we asked at the hotel, we were told to put the rubbish into the holiday cottage next door’s bin! The was a musty smell throughout the property. Overall very disappointed. We have used your company in the past and this is the first time we have had a poor experience.
This place is amazing spacious for all our family facilities fabulous everything is thought of.
Great quality and location is so relaxing and peaceful and a short drive to local attractions. Would definitely book again.
