“This was our third stay in this quaint cottage.”

Upon arrival we had no hot water or heating and no starter logs for the fire. A quick call to the very friendly owners and they sent their plumber round promptly to fix the boiler and he also brought a large bag of logs too. We had a lovely stay enjoying the local haunts on the coast and inland. The weather wasn't too bad either. A quick call to the very friendly owners and they sent their plumber round promptly to fix the boiler and he also brought a large bag of logs too. We had a lovely stay enjoying the local haunts on the coast and inland. The weather wasn't too bad either. We were a little disappointed that the summer house at the top of the garden looks like it has seen better days and there are no foldable seats in it any more. In the past we enjoyed sitting up there as the scenery is amazing. Also one of the large bath towels, once unrolled had a large stain on it, so needless to say this was not used. This, however, has not put us off staying here in the future as we love this cottage.

Thank you for your kind review Mary. I’m so sorry about the issues you experienced during your stay this time. We are so touched that it hasn’t put you off booking again as we would love to have you back. Oliver is actually there at the moment sorting out the summerhouse as we were aware it needed looking at so hopefully that will be sorted in the next few days. I’ll pop some chairs back in too no problem at all. My apologies about the towel also. We will take this up with our housekeeper. Thanks so much for bringing it to our attention. Hopefully we will see you again next year. Property Owner
