A comfortable, three bedroom cottage situated in a quiet location in the heart of Sandsend with private parking and enclosed rear garden with long distance views over the stunning coastline. This is a great seaside house for a family or friends to get-together with sea views. It has spacious accommodation, an enclosed garden and private parking, with the beach only approximately 50 yards away.

We have stayed in sandsend several times before and our stay in this property has been our most enjoyable by far! The location is perfect for toddlers and aging dogs a stone's throw from the beach The enclosed sizeable garden was a real bonus and the views from almost all windows stunning! We took our own travel cot but didn't need to as there was one there plus what looked like a brand new high chair ! We found all the home comforts we needed and will definitely be booking again !

WHITBY

Seacliff Cottage is located in the heart of Sandsend, about 200 yards from the long sandy beach which runs all the way from the village to the west pier of Whitby harbour. The house is ideally situated off the main road close to all the superb village amenities.

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at Seacliff

The location of the cottage was absolutely perfect for us. The beach is just down the hill and across the road. Sandsend is a beautiful little coastal village with cafes, a pub and a bistro, all of which I would recommend. The property was clean and spacious, we especially appreciated the enclosed garden, the utility room and it was well equipped with technology and benefitted from a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. I would say the only negative comments we have about this property is the comfort of the furniture, the living room is a cosy room with plenty of chairs/sofa to chose from but unfortunately none of which are comfy to sit on, it would benefit from fewer chairs and 2 comfy sofas. The bedrooms were also spacious but both the double and the twin room that we used had very hard mattresses and this meant both my husband and I had 4 nights of terrible sleep. I would not hesitate to rebook this property if the furniture was updated slightly.

Welcome pack was fantastic thank you! Nice to have a truly dog proof garden so able to relax when they are out there. Fantastic being so close to the beach, the dogs loved it and it wore them out. Lovely to have views of the sea from the front windows and whilst lying in bed.
Cozens Party
The garden is great as we have dogs and the furniture is lovely - the welcome package is great and the dog treat is a bonus! Staff at Yorkshire Coastal Cottages were very pleasant and helpful - very good telephone manner too - 10/10
