Very nice apartment, the view from the top floor is fantastic.

It has a well equipped kitchen, and everything you could need. Situated near the beach/shops. Would recommend.

The only negative was we both found the bed very uncomfortable as the mattress is very hard.

Otherwise we really liked the flat & the view is fantastic.

Apartment was nice and clean, missed having a coffee machine, A few welcome items would have been nice, ie milk, tea coffee etc, Only thing needs replacing is the worn out mattress.

View is excellent.

Contactable property owner. Lovely warm and comfortable accommodation. Would definitely stay here again. Recommend a day in Scarborough and one in York. Some minor cleaning issues, taps, blinds, etc. Perhaps a spot check is needed. No DVD player or DVDs which were offered in information but smart tv options available anyway.

Our second visit was every bit as good as our first.The apartment has everything you could possibly need,very clean and the view is outstanding,constantly changing.We are already looking forward to our next visit!

A wonderful apartment for a holiday in Bridlington.

Clean, and with everything we needed. Fantastic situation with the beach across the promenade. A short walk to the harbour. The views from the window were exceptional. We would recommend it to others.

The decorations, furnishings and fittings in this flat are of a very high standard with the added bonus of being situated on the seafront in the South Bay with spectacular views.

Stayed here a couple of times now and loved it Could never get bored of waking up to the view here, and the apartment itself is lovely clean and welcoming

The best ever holiday.

Beautiful,well kept ,clean apartment. Fabulous views out to sea.We watched the sun and moon rise over the sea.The only thing missing was a Hoover. We can't wait to go again. Thank you for great communication. It was just brilliant.

Fabulous flat in a brilliant location only five minutes walk from town, views of beach, harbour and coast unbelievable.

Been before and loved it, it has everything we need and is really close to the train station as i dont drive and a lovely taxi service called ace to get to other places public transport doesn't reach and large supermarkets close by unfortunately for me with one adult child and a teenager we need 3 bedrooms now but if I ever wanted to escape on my own this is the place just relaxing with the patio doors open listening to the sea with a cup of tea

Sandy Shore was a pleasure to stay in.

Before our depature date, Steve had given all the information needed for a hassle free arrival. The flat is very spacious with lots of kitchen equipment, comfy beds and magneficent views. The cleanliness was super and the added little extras a bonus. Many thanks for a lovely stay.

Good communication. Things that would be helpful: Advise there are 2 keysafe's as the one for Sandy Shore was not in immediate eyesight behind the refuse bins which caused a minor panic. Would be good to advise the number of steps up to property (33) so people can be more aware of the climb! Property itself was lovely, clean, spacious and has fabulous views. The recliner chairs and footstools were brilliant for taking in the fabulous views! Nice touch was the hand soap, washing up liquid, dishcloth and tea towel. Plenty of towels which was nice. Comfy bed was very welcome as I suffer with hip problems and am always a bit apprehensive when booking but no worries here! Thanks for a lovely stay. Would highly recommend.

Firstly, the communication from the owner was incredible - from the moment I booked he made himself available for questions and provided clear and helpful advice which made arrival and accessing the property a breeze.

The property itself is flawless - decor and furniture are very good quality, plenty of crockery and cutlery, and thoughtful touches such as the board games in the TV stand ensure a relaxed and comfortable stay. Spotlessly clean too. Location is stunning - on the South beach so beautiful big sandy stretches at low tide. No more than a few minutes walk to the marina where the fairground rides and Pavilion are. The swimming pool is a couple of minutes further along and is well worth it - the splash pool area and slides are great for kids. I cannot recommend this property enough.

The view is amazing and so relaxing. The apartment is modern, clean and the most equipped one we have ever stayed in. Location is ideal, close to the Spa theater and a short walk into town. Had a very enjoyable Christmas and New Year . Thank you Steve for the loan of your lovely apartment again.

Gorgeous apartment with amazing views. Could just do with squeaky floorboard next to bed sorting cos I worry about people below every time I accidentally step on it (don’t publish that bit plz - just keep meaning to mention it).

A very well equipped 2nd floor apartment with amazing views of the South beach in Bridlington with the added bonus of a private parking space.

We were so comfortable we didn’t want to leave. It was a lovely addition to have the Christmas decorations. There was excellent communication from the owner and we would definitely love to return in the future. Thank you so much.

A lovely property, well equipped and with a lovely view of the beach.

The apartment is near to all local shops/bars etc. We had a lovely few days there and would definitely go back.

I booked this apartment purely for the view.

Unfortunately, there was scaffolding all around the building completely spoiling this. Having said that, the apartment was clean( apart from a few cobwebs) and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and it’s situated only a short walk into the town. Take away the scaffolding and it’s perfect.

What a beautiful location Sandy Shore is.

In a quiet part but only 10 minutes walk to the centre of town. The views are amazing...you could spend the day just looking through the window! We had a wonderful time here, all you need is in the apartment which was exceptionally clean and well cared for. We loved it and can heartily recommend this property. Thank you to the owner for a vert enjoyable stay.

Lovely clean comfortable apartment in an ideal location with great views overlooking the south bay.

The owner Steve got in touch on our arrival day to make sure everything was ok which obviously it was. We would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend to family and friends.

It's all been said before: great view and good location.

It is easy to see why so many want to come back. Fascinating for people watching: the beach front is constantly busy from early morning with lots of dogwalkers as well as bin emptiers, beachcombers, tiktokkers, dancers, runners, detectorists, football practise and lifeboat drills etc. Also good for watching the sun rise. Kind lady in Flat 1 told us about the pub deal at the Premier Inn on the North side which was a good bit of advice and worth trying. There's no welcome tray so nearest shops for provisions are a short drive to Morrisons, Tesco or Lidl or a walk into town to a One-Stop shop. It's been a lovely place to stay and we're already missing the view.

Sandy shore is a lovely property, well maintained with everything you need to enjoy your visit.

The property has a panoramic view of the beach that we found very relaxing. The owner of the property contacted us to ensure that we were able to access the property and that everything was okay and was always available by phone, we found this very reassuring.

Ideal base for walking and promenading. Excellently well maintained, retaining it's freshness over the years since we were last there. Really enjoyed the reclining easy chairs.

Property and location first class which made for an enjoyable few days by the sea.

Sandy Shore is a lovely top floor apartment directly opposite the sea front at Bridlington.

Everything was spotless, nothing was left out with regard to making our stay as much a home from home as possible. Getting up in the morning and sitting by the Juliet balcony facing the sun making its way across the sea was so peaceful and beautiful. Steep stairs to the top flat was a bind, but we knew about that before we booked. Owner made contact prior to our arrival and told us he could be contacted at any time during our stay. Would defintely recommend to others.

The apartment is modern, clean and the view is amazing. Steve the owner left a bottle of champagne to celebrate the New Year which was a lovely touch. We will no doubt be booking again in the future.

The ultimate seaside apartment!

Sandy Shore is undoubtedly one of the best places to stay in Bridlington. The jewel in its crown is the huge window with a 'Juliet balcony', which - unlike an open balcony - can be enjoyed whatever the weather. The expression 'stunning views' is often over used, but in this case is entirely fitting. You are overlooking one of the finest sandy beaches you will find anywhere and have sight of the entire length of the bay, including the harbour. It might be a bit of a trudge up the stairs, but it's well worth it. The apartment is furnished to a far higher standard than is often found in English seaside towns and is very well equipped. The bedrooms are on the small side, yet very comfortable. A short walk takes you into Bridlington town centre, with all the usual seaside attractions. I know Bridlington well and can vouch for the fact that the off road parking is an invaluable extra, especially in the summer months when finding a parking spot can be nigh on impossible. This is an absolute gem. I have already made a second booking.

Sandy Shore is lovely - it has everything you could need, is very comfortable and has a fantastic view of the sea.

Wonderful accommodation just across from the beach with off street private parking.

Can't fault the location or the views from the apartment. Accommodation was clean and comfortable and the owner was very helpful at providing all information we needed prior to our stay. Would definitely stay there again if in the area. We loved watching the lifeboats go out and speed back into the shoreline too!

We had a lovely stay at Sandy Shore .

The weather was a bit hit and miss but the lovely view from the window kept us entertained when the weather was bad. Communication with Steve was excellent. Would definitely book Sandy Shore again.

This was an excellent apartment.

The cleaning had been very well done, in the period of the coronavirus. It must be the best view in Bridlington! The living room Is very spacious, though the two bedrooms are quite small. There was not quite enough hot water, enough for one bath not two. But those are very minor points. The whole place was extremely comfortable, and very well equipped.

There is everything you need for cooking and relaxation and a most wonderful view.

The view from the window is stunning, ever changing sea views at all times, the reclining and swiveling chairs enhanced the experience.

Warm and cosy on cold spring evenings. The heated shower room floor was a nice surprise ! A well equipped flat we hope to return to in the future.

What a lovely apartment , the view from the window is captivating , we spent hours watching the world go by .

We rose early at about 6.00 am to watch the sun rise over the sea. The apartment is well furnished with everything required for a comfortable holiday . Hope to return.

The Sandy shore apartment is in an excellent location , the beach, the prom, the spa and the town centre are only a few minuets walk away.

The apartment itself could not be improved upon in our opinion, it is lovely. Well designed and spacious with fabulous views of the sea and the harbour. It is equipped, decorated and furnished to the highest standard. We had a lovely holiday that wasn't long enough and will definitely return.

Location was ideal for families, with all the local amenities within a short walk, we loved it!

Lovely modern flat, lovely views, great location though not suitable for people with mobility problems due to stairs.

Fabulous apartment

This property was fantastic, was so close to beach the views are breathtaking, so close to everything and for going for days out, we stayed two weeks and loved every moment , also lovely and clean , it does have three flights of stairs but they are not all full stairs and was worth it to see the sun rise everyday over the beach which is also very clean
