    “Absolutely fantastic location, very rural, peaceful and quiet.”

    We loved the amount of walks you could do straight from your doorstep without needing the car - extremely close to the cinder track and cleveland way, with incredible coastal views! The house was cosy and comfortable, and very nicely furnished. It has lovely bi-fold doors and a cosy fire, and our dog was a particular fan of the cosy underfloor heating! We struggled a bit to use the oven, and would have loved the garden to be enclosed as this was complicated to navigate with our dog. Other than ...

From the door, there are excellent walking and cycling opportunities, with direct access onto the Cinder Track, a lovely 23 mile coastal route that runs between the seaside resorts of Scarborough and Whitby, as well as the Cleveland Way Trail, and Stoupe Brow Beach is only a fifteen minute walk away.

The popular coastal resort of Scarborough, just eleven miles away, makes a great day out for enjoying some traditional seaside fun such as sandcastle building, paddling in the sea and strolling along the promenade with an ice cream in hand.

With the spectacular scenery of the North York Moors to explore, plus the ancient fishing port of Whitby and quaint coastal villages, Cottage Anton has all the ingredients for providing a special and memorable holiday.
