“As soon as we arrived we had to clean all the floors.”

There was dirt, food and Crisp packets under the settees. There were cobwebs all over. There is a hole above in the ceiling and below the boiler. My bedding had marks on. The decoration was tired and marks everywhere. Sleep was interrupted due to gaps in the windows. The Cooker and trays were dirty and greasy. The bathroom was virtually unusable by myself as I am 6ft and the ceiling slop for the stairs was so low I hit my head numerous times. There was no smoking in the cottage so people obviously stood outside the door as it was littered with cigarette butts. The shared outside area was so overgrown and unkept that it was difficult even for the dogs to navigate. There was no patio/seating/tables out throughout the sunny Bank Holiday for us to enjoy the Sun. We left the Cottage a day early. Wouldn't recommend. We have photos if required.
