This is our third holiday at seascape as we love the house and its location.

Very well equipped and a lovely enclosed back garden. Good communication from Clare, the owner. Can’t fault it.

Lovely house going back in July and again next year

This was our second time at Seascape it is a fabulous holiday house you wake up in the morning open the curtain to a fantastic view of the sea & beach ,then breakfast in the lovely kitchen if you want a few minutes before going out and about for the day get a few minutes in the fabulous sitting room.

When you arrive back after your day out settle back into the living room watch a bit of tv or go upstairs to admire the great views again you won't regret it.

We had a lovely stay at Seascape in Bridlington from 24 April to 1 May 2026.

The property was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing week away. The location was excellent, with easy access to the seafront, local attractions, shops, and places to eat. The accommodation felt cosy and welcoming, and it was clear that a lot of care had gone into making guests feel at home. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Seascape to anyone looking for a comfortable base in Bridlington. We would definitely consider returning in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay in Seascape.

The standard of accomodation is of high quality and a lot of thought is obviously put towards the comfort of the guests. it is ideally placed in Bridlington and having private parking is a huge bonus.The town has plenty of eateries and is very lively at weekends with day visitors utilising the amenities it has to offer. We would recommend this property to future guests, they will not be disappointed!

Just returned from a lovely week at Seascape.

Accommodation is absolutely fabulous in every respect. Weather was typical March weather but the house was so cosy and comfortable we were happy to relax, watch the wild sea when we got back from our walks. I have nothing negative to say about Seascape. We will hopefully be returning

We spent a very relaxing and enjoyable family Christmas week at Seascape.

The property is spacious yet cosy and relaxing. With everything we needed provided. Great location opposite the sea and close proximity to harbour, shops and restaurants. Clare, the owner, was very helpful and we were able to contact her if needed. Would all happily stay here again .

We have just returned from a week at seascape and have anlready booked again for next year.

The property is right on the sea front with amazing views from the windows. Very convenient for the beach, and close to everything in Bridlington. The owner was easy to contact and communication was good. The owners lovely father even called at the property to make sure everything was ok. I would definitely recommend this property.

This property is superb.

Everywhere was spotlessly clean and all consumables were provided. Furniture and fittings are all good quality and likewise the towels. The contact, Clare, notified when we could access the property and also checked if everything was ok. This is how all holiday lets should be done.

The property was a lot nicer than the website suggested.

It is clear that the owner goes to a lot of trouble to make it a welcoming and comfortable holiday home. It is ideally situated by the sea and close to the amenities of Bridlington. It has everything you need to experience a memorable holiday.

We absolutely loved seascape, it is one of the best holiday homes we've stayed in.

It was a beautiful house and had everything we needed and more. The garden was so relaxing and I enjoyed having my breakfast outside. My personal favourite thing was the view from the master bedroom window. The host was ever so friendly and helpful in every way. I could go on for ever complimenting this house, there just isn't anything bad about this place. We definitely will be booking again.

We have stayed at Seascapes 5 times over the last few years, and enjoyed every minute of it.

The house is in the perfect location, with all of the facilities a family needs for a great getaway.

This Holiday Home is Fantastic the sea view is brilliant ; The house has everything you need ;comfort ; Plenty of room to move about in the downstairs toilet is very handy save keep running up stairs all the time also the starter pack was much appreciated ; although we didn't see Clare the owner she was always a phone call away to sort any problems { if your unlucky to find any } which I doubt .

Seascape is a beautiful property, which had everything you would need for a pleasant and relaxing holiday.

Facilities were 1st class. Having a TV in two rooms was a bonus. I cannot speak highly enough of the House, its position and the way every thing was handled by the owner. We will definitely be returning for another stay. Would give it 10 Stars.

Great house and location

Location on the seafront is wonderful, from the bedroom window with a pair of binoculars you can watch the birds flying low over the sea and feeding on the water, Simple extra's that you can enjoy while being in this lovely accomodation, that has everything you need.

We had a great experience of living so close to the sea this week. Thank you.

Best holiday home we have ever stayed in. Spotlessly clean and tidy with classy touches all over the house and what a location. Would definitely recommend and hope to return next year.

We have hired this property several times before.

It is very carefully and thoughtfully presented and immaculately clean. It is obvious that comfort and care of guests is a priority. The accommodation is spacious and well laid out. We have no hesitation in recommending it very highly.

A beautiful home with the most perfect front bedroom opposite the sea

The house was very clean and modern and very comfortable, the facilities were brilliant especially the downstairs toilet as I have mobility problems.

Where the property is situated is excellent because you are only a short walk from the beach and the excellent weather that week made it a perfect holiday and we most certainly will book again

House spotlessly clean and well equipped . Enclosed back garden made the holiday as we could relax in the house knowing our dog was safe. Perfect location just across from the beach. Private parking on the driveway was ideal. All in all a perfect place to stay in Bridlington

The house was fantastic, much, much better than we expected.

Spotlessly clean, and extremely well equipped.The house is in the perfect location 15 minute stroll into the town, and the beach literally across the road. The communication from Clare the owner before the holiday was brilliant and reassuring. Overall an amazing place to base yourself for a fantastic break. Couldn’t fault anything!

Seascape is a lovely comfortable, clean, well equipped holiday home with a good sized, secure garden for your dog.

It's in an excellent location for the beach and the views from the house were amazing, especially from the master bedroom. Seascape has a very homely feel and made me feel at home from the moment we arrived. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this holiday home to friends and family and I would love to visit again.

House was clean and lovely and warm.

It was really well equipped. The garden was secure, even for a sprocker. We had a relaxing holiday and better weather than we dared hope for in February. Hope to return sometime.

The property is in a perfect location, for a multi generational holiday.

It was good to be in control of the heating for cooler days. We were not short of anything in the kitchen, with plenty of crockery. Beds were comfortable. Good to have 2 tvs for different viewing. Would recommend this property for all ages.

This is a lovely holiday house in an excellent seaside location.

We were very impressed about how the owners had responded to our previous requests to improve the accommodation (second television in the downstairs dining/kitchen/bar area). We were also grateful for the pre holiday contact by text and for allowing us to go into the property as soon as it was ready. Loved it that the holiday cottage (mansion) was just over the road from the sea.

Our dog Tammy was so happy to have walks on the beach every day. The house was amazing. Beautiful sea views especially from front master bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable furniture and beds. Back garden fully enclosed which was ideal for our dog. Would definitely book this house again.

This is a spacious property overlooking Bridlington South Beach.

It is conveniently situated with an easy walk to The Spa Theatre and beyond to the town Centre (15 minutes). The owners have taken great care in providing all facilities: it is well equipped, roomy and full of everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The heating system is efficient and welcome on cooler nights. There are easy enjoyable walks both ways on the promenade in front of the house and further afield the North Beach and Sewerby Hall present a bit more of a walking opportunity. It is very difficult to find any criticism, in fact to do so would be unfair. But in the spirit of constructive suggestion it would have been an advantage to have a second TV and also recycling facilities or details of recycling points. That said, this property is an excellent and luxurious holiday home.

I found the steps out of french doors in kitchen to garden a little tricky for any one who is not as nimble as a younger person to manage, a rail would give a safer journey down and up,when you get down it is very nice in the garden.

Another TV would be useful. Our expectations of the house and position of it were very good, every thing was very tasteful bed very comfy a lovely view from main bedroom window, all in all our holiday was very enjoyable so much so have booked again for next year.

The House was immaculately clean and very comfortable, it was in a great position to make the most of Bridlington and the hosts were very welcoming.

Brilliant place to stay.

All electrical appliances were in great condition. Lovely pottery and cutlery. Whole layout of house great. A lot of thought had gone into letting this property. And you also get a starter pack. Nice thought.

The house had just about everything you could need and was in such a fantastic location

We all had a wonderful week at Seascape, it was an extremely good holiday home with excellent facilities and great touches ie milk, tea, coffee, sugar and bottle of wine left for us on arrival.

The beds and bedding were fabulous and we all slept well. The location was great with Bridlington having activities for all ages. We will definitely holiday at this house again. Also when we had to call the owners with queries they were extremely quick to respond and deal with them.

2nd time staying at Seascape and our 2nd Christmas.

The house has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Bridlington. The house is immaculately clean throughout. The new living room sofas are comfortable and provided ample seating for our family. So much space our 3 year old had plenty of room to ride about on his toy bike. Bedrooms are a good size and having the main front room to myself was very indulgent. Waking up every day to the sound of the sea is delightful.

An excellent property in an excellent location.

Unfortunately this is not a well kept secret and it is booked up for a long time. We will try and get here again at some point.

A lovely clean, comfortable and spacious house with everything we needed.

Ideal enclosed garden for our dog. Lovely view of seafront. Good off road parking so you can leave your car and walk into town centre. Ideal for three generations of one family to holiday together. Very relaxing.

Location is fantastic

A lovely home in a great location especially if you are with children.

Just a short walk down to the beach and a great paddling pool. The house itself has everything you need large well equipped kitchen and dinning area. All amenities like home from home. Outside garden is enclosed and my granddaughters had fun painting their pebbles under the parasol.

Booking was straight forward online and I used online chat to get immediate answers to my questions before booking.

The property was exactly as described but we thought the photos didn’t do it justice. Spacious, clean and very comfortable and well equipped for the 5 of us. This is our fourth Sykes property and one of the best.

Christmas '18 Absolutely fantastic holiday property overlooking the beach and sea.

The facilities within the house were clean, modern and all inclusive. We wanted for nothing. Our dog loved it too - the garden was completely enclosed and she had plenty of space in the house (and she's a very big dog!). The owners were helpful and welcoming, even putting up a Christmas tree and a few decoration before our arrival. Would definitely book again.

The location on the sea front was excellent .

Fabulous house in a fantastic location.

Well equipped and had everything we needed. The enclosed garden was a great plus point as we took our dog. We looked to book next year but the weeks we wanted were already taken ☹️. All the family agreed that it was a wonderful holiday.

The location and spaciousness of this property is perfect for families with young children.

There is plenty of room for children to play and the furniture is practical and robust. The large kitchen/diner is ideal, with modern appliances and loads of crockery etc. and the french doors lead out onto the enclosed garden, which is a is a lovely safe play area. The parking is a real bonus, and being able to walk out of the house straight down onto the promenade and beach is great. We stayed with our small grandsons aged 3 and 5, and it couldn't have suited us better. We willl defintely book this house again if we return to Bridlington.

Had an excellent break over Christmas.

The house is perfect and in a glorious location. Can't recommend highly enough. Already a very popular property as we have searched dates to re book and have failed. Will just have to keep trying.

It was so good we tried to extend our stay but appreciated it's fully booked.

We all want to come again. The property was so spacious it makes our 5 bed home seem small now that we are back.
