This is a beautiful, well furnished property with great space both inside and outside.

It's in a quiet area so very relaxing We will definitely go back

Beautiful holiday home.

Great location and very peaceful break away. Beds really comfortable and spotless bedding and towels. Our only criticism and the reason I didn't give 5 stars is the sofas in the living room area need replacing. Other than that it was a perfect visit.

What an excellent find Partridge Place was!

We came as a family with our elderly parents and it was perfect in term of disabled access plus having 2 downstairs bedrooms, it suited our parents needs perfectly. The attention to detail at the barn made for a very memorable stay. The kitchen was very well equipped with lots of dishes, utensils, glasses and crockery if you want to do proper cooking whilst you’re there. The communal lounge, diner and kitchen is perfect for keeping everyone together and very social. The hot tub was also a great addition to the property. It was prepared and heated on arrival and was screened off for privacy. The area around the barn has stunning countryside views, walks on the door step plus a bonus of having the seaside town of Hornsea or Withersea both just short drive away. Lastly a fabulous pub The Stags Head Inn was less than half a mile away and served great value and tasty food.

Partridge Place is a stunning property with lots of quirky little touches.

There is amble room for all 8 guests. The beds were very comfortable and we all enjoyed a few good nights rest! We also walked to the local pub and enjoyed the food and drinks on offer. We will definitely be returning.

We were 7 girls having a relaxing break and loved it. The property is clean comfy and luxurious everything provided in the kitchen you could possibly need,even towels for the amazing hot tub. Nature on your doorstep. Bunnies,squirrels and lots of bids,even a cheeky crow knocking on the window,

Well-equipped kitchen and clean throughout, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Good location for walks and visiting local villages etc. Yes, you need a car, but the roads are quiet and doesn't take long to get anywhere.

Very clean, hot tub checked and maintained at least daily and owner helpful and available when needed. Ev charging on site and at a reasonable rate. We will be returning in the future.

This is a fantastic property with everything you need.

Child and dog friendly and within short driving distance of lots of attractions from beaches to towns. The location is idyllic and the owners are friendly and helpful. Thank you and well done.

Could provide a simple instruction on how to use the cooker.

Couldn't find any. 1st bedroom at the top of the landing, me personally didn't find the bed comfortable at all but someone else might like it. Otherwise, this is a fantastic place to stay. Owners very quick to answer a query and accommodate and very nice too. Been twice now, brilliant stay thank you

We had a lovely weekend stay with friends in Partridge Place barn.

Couldn’t fault the cleanliness, space, and lovely decor. The barn was extremely well equipped and beautifully located on a farm with nearby local amenities and pub just a 5-10 minute walk away, that serves great food and was very welcoming. Nice relaxing break, would love to visit again sometime

It was was lovely for us eight, and the only negative would be the cooking/preparation space which is small if you are cooking from scratch (or nearly).

This is adequate if you were just heating up or eating take-aways.

Absolutely lovely.

Fantastic inside and out. Peaceful spot, lovely outside areas and hot tub. Shops, village and pubs not far if you want them. Three generations all enjoyed ourselves and definitely want to go back.

We had a fantastic time at Lelley Barns.

8 of us and 1 dog stayed in Partridge Place for 3 nights and it was perfect. The accommodation was amazing, clean and had everything you needed for a long weekend. We look forward to booking again soon!

The property was finished to an extremely high standard and the quality of the finish was consistent inside and outside (we loved the prints) The property was clean, warm and very well equipped.

Our only niggles were minor - for example no recycling facilities onsite or nearby, the Wi-Fi speed was slow when all the properties were occupied and there was nowhere to put your shower gel down in the shower (I said they were minor!) Friendly emails from the owner and a cake/decanter on arrival - we would highly recommend this property to others, it's one of the nicest we've stopped in and we hope to return!

The property was just as expected and more.

Very clean, spacious and perfect for a group. The facilities provided where amazing and there was no problems during the stay. Couldn’t recommend any more, we had a weekend to remember and will definitely book again!

Had an amazing week here over half term, tucked away in a quiet country road with plenty of places to visit nearby, approximately 20-30 minutes to the coast.

Well equipped house with a lovely bright roomy feel to it. Tasteful decor. Lovely hot tub to enjoy after a day out exploring too. The owners were so welcoming and helpful, we were met with a beautiful home made Victoria sponge upon arrival. Takeaways nearby deliver too and plenty of kitchen utensils to cook a home cooked meal. Thank you Lelley Barns for a much needed week away in luxury.

We spent a week at Partridge Place and loved every minute.

Spotlessly clean, spacious, immaculately designed and well-furnished. The hot tub was amazing, and there’s plenty of outside space for the kids to play in. The welcome cake was delicious too - thank you. Location was good - 15 minutes from beaches (we visited Withernsea, which was lovely), half a mile from a great pub, and around 20 minutes from Hull city centre. The only improvement we can suggest would be the addition of a fenced-off area to let dogs safely play in (if they’re not good off their lead). We’d heartily recommend Staying at Partridge Place (or any of the other three barns - all looked equally great). We really didn’t want to leave :-)

one tiny negative, please state that you can't use the hot tub on your last morning, we'd promised the kids one last early dip at 8am but it had already been emptied. if we'd have known it wouldn't have been an issue. lovely place hope to stay again thank you
