Lovely week holiday here, well equipped property ,comfy beds lounge furniture great kitchen spot on and a great shower.

Nice little grass lane outside back gate for dogs.Visited local beaches every day as weather hot ,No problem with parking outside of property all week..Village had everything we needed takeaways well stocked co op food store.All in all a great location we didn't have to drive very far at all to some lovely places.So we would definitely book again if it was available .Thank you for a our stay at 22 constable road.

Wonderful property - looks like it's recently had a full refurb.

Very comfortable with everything you could need and great location for the coast. Walking distance to 3 very welcoming pubs - 2 serve very nice food, very good fish & chip shop. Also Pizza and Chinese takeaways in village. Can't wait to go back!

Perfect location close to train station and local amenities.

Lovely house with a nice garden. Felt very homely. Only suggestion I would have is to have an option for a travel cot available at the property. Will be recommending to friends and family. Will definitely stay again in the future.

This was our third visit to this property and we enjoyed it as much as the other last two visits very clean everything you need local to coastal hotspots fair price for the property.

Very comfortable nice garden probably will be visiting again soon.

!! What a fantastic holiday cottage/home!! Excellent location for village amenities and the east coast beaches, Bempton cliffs, Flamborough and North landing boat house cafe! Fabulous house- well designed to maximise space of a 2 bed, everywhere has been tastefully decorated and furnished, every thing you could need was provided. Enclosed lawned garden was perfect for our 2 Border Collies. Well done to the owners, it’s lovely and we plan to be back asap ❤️❤️❤️

Great mid terrace 2 bedroom house,10 min walk to high street and 15 min walk to bus stop and 2 nice pubs,house nicely done out all the mod cons,just needs a new set of pans and a couple of casserole dishes,then would have givern 10/10,nice back garden to sit in,would deffo go back

The holiday let was fantastic absolutely ideal, there was everything we needed in the house, it was very clean and tidy would highly recommend it,was a short walk to the village ,we really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely, spacious house which was clean, comfortable and well-equipped.

Throughout the house there were plenty of drawers for storage. A good-sized garden with a brick area at the top which we used for a disposable BBQ and could be easily cleaned up afterwards. The house is well-situated in a quiet village, just a short walk to several shops and pubs. It was also a handy 10/15 minute walk to the train station with easy access to Scarborough/Filey/Bridlington. Overall, we had a great stay. Thank you.

Just what we needed, Comfortable, clean and lovely house. Just would have liked a blind of some kind in the kitchen as exposed, especially at night. Would highly recommend.

This was our second visit to 22 Constable Rd in Hunmanby and we both agreed it was better than the first visit.

There was even more utensils in the kitchen a really nice welcome pack and everything was spotlessly clean. bedding and towels all provided as usual. We find it a stress free holiday very peaceful and relaxing all in all a lovely place to stay. A big plus is it’s so close to Scarborough/filey and Bridlington just short rides out in the car or even a bus. We will be back soon.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Quiet location in pleasant village, well served by trains and buses to Filey and Bridlington. Appreciated the provision of milk, bread, butter and cooking essentials - thank you!

This is our second time staying here - and it's only got better.

A few people (including us) mentioned previously the lack of a chair by the dressing table / desk in the double bedroom and the lack of anywhere to hang coats. Both of these have now been addressed, and while maybe small details show the host is responsive to feedback. The property is in a quiet estate (unless you count the noise of the birdsong which is NOT unwelcome!). Very short walk to the village with good shops and pubs available. It's a generally a really nice location and property and certainly one we will be interested in another time we are wanting to stay around this area. We had two relaxing but packed weeks and the only downside was coming home again the end of last week! Very recommended!

A surprisingly good holiday week!

As this was a last minute break and booked only the week before and was the ONLY listing Sykes had for the week in all of England, we were not expecting anything outstanding. However the property was really nice. The kitchen was fantastic with built in appliances throughout and very nicely laid out. Unusually for a rental holiday house had a full fridge/freezer so you can stock up for a bit longer if you need to. Living room was very comfortable with a large sofa and a swivel chair and a dining table against one wall. Outside there was a nice table and chairs for dining out - but at the time we went it was time for "much spreading" it seems to it wasnt always pleasent outside. Not a reflection on the property - but was a very small disadvantage. Bedrooms and bathroom were all very nice - with flexibility in the room with a double and twin. As some others have said, it would have been nice to have a coat hook "somewhere" in the house, and a chair in the main double bedroom would have been useful for the desk/dressing table. I ended up taking one of the dining chairs up there so I could sit up to my laptop! Location was perfect - midway between Bridlington and Scarborough and we had a very nice relaxing break and enjoyed the seaside at both, as well as Peasholm park in Scarborough and Filey Bird Garden and Bridlington Animal Park. Would definately recommend.

A lovely modern up-to-date property with a decent sized private garden,in a very handy position to visit the East Coast.

The neighbourhood is very quiet and we had no trouble parking the car. Our only problem was finding a meal in Hunmanby on a Monday night. Would definitely recommend this property to friends or family.

Excellent accomodation.

Clean and recently refurbished by the looks of it. Great base for anyone wanting too explore the North Yorkshire coastline. While we had no problems with the on road parking I would think anyone arriving with two or more vehicles would really struggle.

Location was ideal for exploring this stretch of the Yorkshire coast.

Lovely, clean, comfortable,warm property located in a quiet village with good amenities, which was an ideal base for us to explore the surrounding coast.

We really enjoyed our stay the beds were really comfy and the facilities were to a high standard. Only thing missing was a proper area to hang coats, maybe some hooks behind the door could be put up as the mirror with small hooks wasn't suitable for the thicker autumn/winter coats. Would recommend to family and friends and would look to stay again if in the area. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely house.

We cannot fault it at all and it was so easy to sit and relax in just like home. The only suggestion we have is that a chair or stool in the bedroom with the dressing table, is needed to sit and put your shoes on instead of balancing on the bed edge as the bed is very high.

Perfect stay in this home from home property.

Comfortable, clean and well appointed accomodation. Property owners are friendly, welcoming and very helpful. 10 minute walk to the local supermarket and shops/public houses. Fabulous modern well equipped spacious comfortable great location lovely outdoor area with garden.

A lovely house that was comfortable and clean.

We had a great holiday with our grandchildren aged 3 and 7. Set in a quiet village but just a short drive from Filey. Plenty of places to go to to entertain the whole family. We would highly recommend this property. Our grandchildren want to go back.

Lovely little place for a weekend at the beach with the family.

Really comfortable sofas and beds. We found the property clean and well appointed. We particularly appreciated the milk and croissants left for us as it meant no morning dash to the shops! The only thing I would add to the place is a coat rack or hooks by the front door.
