“Cottage was lovely and as described what let this cottage down was the lack of cleaning done before we arrived .”

Drips down the front of the bin ,table had all crumbs left on it and dog hair was everywhere ,wet mop left smelling in a cupboard and unfortunately on the last day we discovered mouldy food left in the glad to say we still had a lovely time in hunmanby but definitely need to upgrade the cleaning at this property .

Thank you for highlighting the poor cleaning. We have bought this to the attention of the cleaning company along with a copy of your review so they can rectify their methods. Kind regards Property Owner
