    “The accommodation was fantastic.”

    The only reason I marked a couple of things down was because it said the pool was open all year, which my son and I were looking forward to using, but on arrival we found that it was closed throughout the duration of our stay.

    Hi Ashley i am so sorry to hear that you thought the swimming pool wasn’t open, in the cottage is a information pack which mentions our swimming pool and states the opening times are between 9&4. Our swimming pool is open all year round. We hope to see you again in the future and i am sorry if this has spoiled your stay. Property Owner

Rillington is a small village and civil parish located on the A64 road in North Yorkshire, with easy links to the historical city of York and the bustling coastal town of Scarborough. Rillington was mentioned in the 1086 Domesday Survey and is now home to a Post Office, two pubs, The Coach and Horses and The Fleece, and a church. The rural community was developed many years ago due to the presence of fertile soil and the village is still home to an active farming community. Nearby attractions include the Scampton Walled Garden, a contemporary garden open for visitors throughout the year, and the Wolds Way Lavender, a lavender farm and visitor centre. Further afield into the city of York, you can discover the incredible York Minster and grand city walls.
