The house is great I loved it, it just suited me. Great to have the parking bay right outside the front door, bed very comfy I liked the walk in shower, good pressure, kitchen well equipped for a self catering stay easy to cook meals, but the best part for me was the little yard at the back, a real little sun trap, great to sit out in the afternoon with a glass after a day out.
Location of the house could not be better, literally a five minute walk into the city centre. A pint in the beer garden at the Masons Arms around the corner from the house is a must on the way back from a day out, they also have an extensive breakfast, lunch and dinner menu,I had lunch there. I haven’t been to York before it is stunning the architecture is amazing, lots of places to eat and drink you are spoiled for choice, nice walks along the river too. As usual with a weeks break I didn’t manage to cram in everything I wanted to do, so a good excuse to come back and I will definitely be booking No 17 again.
