“I booked this holiday for myself and my two kids, we found the site very pretty with lovely sunsets.”
The kids enjoyed the hot tub which was a lovely temperature, and the field to play football in. We were fortunate to have mostly lovely weather, but the rain didn't stop us using the hot tub, our neighbours were lovely and the kid's on the site played football together. We had a lovely time away and would of been 5* but there was a few issues.
Upon arrival we found the door to the pod to be unlocked and key in the lock. There was food left in the kitchen sink, and something white and crusty on ...

Upon arrival we found the door to the pod to be unlocked and key in the lock. There was food left in the kitchen sink, and something white and crusty on the scissors. The freezer compartment could do with a clean. There's some mould on the shower sealant and thick dust on the radiator.
Ad said towels were provided but 1x hand towel, 1x small and 1x medium is not sufficient for 3 people using the hot tub and showering. Fortunately we did take a towel with us to use on the floor. A mop would of been helpful but there wasn't one.
Ad also said bedding provided but there was none for the sofa bed and as I booked for 3 people it was clear we'd be using the sofa bed, our neighbour said they found spare bedding in the drawers under the bed but we didn't have any, again it was fortunate we'd brought blankets as my kids like to take their own blankets away. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable to use as a sofa and as a bed.
When running the water to wash up and shower there was a very odd smell, and the water had a strange taste to it.
The first aid box needs looking at as there was no plaster's and one was needed for my toddler.
The bbq had no grill whereas all the other pods had theirs, again I took my own portable bbq to use.
Individually these are not major issues, however I feel that all together it needs bringing to attention, particularly the no bedding for the sofa bed.
We still had a lovely time away and would book again.
