Loved our stay and Sue left the place immaculate!

Lots of additional things that made the stay much more comfortable than most places. Deceptively large, lovely spacious open plan kitchen diningroom lounge. We loved sitting in chairs in small consevatory and garden qhich was well maintaned where we enjoyed sitting in sun and relaxing. Looking to book again. Loved this property as beyond expectations

Lovely cottage, spacious, clean and everything you need.

Two minute walk to the promenade, beach and sea. Town with all amenities five minute walk. Everything on hand for a lovely relaxing holiday. We will be back.

This property is very deceptive.

As you arrive it appears to be a small cottage, but on entering it’s spacious & comfortable. The kitchen is enormous as it’s only for 2 people. Everything supplied for 2 people to have a great stay. Special mention for the spotless cleanliness on arrival. Great location, just a short walk to pubs serving food & short drives to get out & about.

A lovely cottage, lots of space to for a dog to play about in the cottage and outside in the enclosed garden.

It had everything you needed, a nice big shower and a comfy bed. Would stay there again.

Excellent place to stay.

Don’t let the word “cottage” fool you as it is very spacious and modern. I only gave 4 stars because the small double bed was way too high with the mattress topper and the settee too saggy and low so very uneven seating. Great parking spaces. Ideally located for beach, shops and pubs.

Great, cosy, comfortable, well provisioned and supremely warm cottage situated no more than five minutes walk to the beach and only a little bit more than that to the Centre of the town.

I would definitely return

Just got back from a lovely cottage in withernsea.

Everything and more that was advertised. Everything you needed for a perfect holiday thank you. This was a last minute booking with sykes cottages 2 days before we went,booking as usuall really easy and perfect accommodation again.

We had a very lovely stay at fisherman’s cottage,everything you needed in the house, and plenty of amenities close by,would highly recommend this property,

Spacious, great location. Would have benefited from a dishwasher and perhaps some books and games.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this fabulous cottage, despite the horrendous weather, heavy rain and snow, it was a pleasure to stay in this wonderful warm and cosy home, which provides everything you could need.

Especially enjoyed cooking on the Smeg❤️. Added bonus - own private parking, especially as the cottage is just a few minutes from the sea. A real credit to the owners who have put a lot of thought, into this home.

Absolutely lovely, charming cottage, very well equipped kitchen with ample crockery, cutlery and utensils.

Well suited to our needs, near the town centre but even though it's roadside didn't experience any traffic noise at all.

Very clean and comfortable. The sea is 2 minutes away. Off road parking was useful as parking is at a premium in the surrounding streets.

From the moment I stepped into the cottage I knew I would feel right at home - and I was right!

It is beautifully decorated throughout inside, with a lot of care and attention to detail. The cottage is deceptively spacious inside and has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable sofa with large screen TV (and one in the bedroom), good Wi-Fi and even a dedicated area with desk/chair to sit and use your laptop, should you be that way inclined while on holiday! The off-road parking is a real plus and its location near the seafront is an added bonus. I enjoyed my stay.

We found fishermans cottage to be very clean and comfy, and very well kept Its near to the beach and all the amenities of Withensea, but in a quiet location Its much bigger than we expected and the outside space is a bit of a suntrap.

The private parking is a real bonus. We would return if we were in the area again.

We had a great time there, the cottage was exceptional it had everything we wanted and more.

We will definitely go back there if we get the opportunity.

It was a fabulous cottage minute's from the beach.

The off road parking was a blessing. Our stay was perfect for us to relax and just slow down everything we needed was there. We would definitely go again.
