Hi loved the cottage, I think you need a hoover so that people could tidy after themselves the little brush and pan is not so good for older people to use.

Thank you

The house was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

The landlady was easily accessible and was happy to help with all queries we had. Unfortunately the downstairs kitchen area did cause a problem for my wife as she has mobility problems. I would also suggest creating a welcome pack, in a box or basket, left in the kichen to give guests a feeling of a personal touch. There was tea, coffee, sugar and milk in place for us but feel having these items packaged up would give a nice welcome.

We had a very comfortable stay in Launcher's cottage - the location was great (easy walking distance to both North and South Bay beaches, as well as shops and restaurants), although you can't avoid the hills!

The cottage had everything we needed, with a spacious main bathroom and useful downstairs toilet. The view from the top room was amazing and the outside space was really handy. Parking was easy, right outside. My only criticism was that the fridge was a bit small for 5 people staying for a week (with only a small freezer section).
