Fab-u-lous!

!!!! We stay in lots of holiday cottages and this is now one of my favourites of which we will definitely be back!! Excellent host communication including an informative welcome folder, easy to permit park close to cottage, clean and spacious, quirky property on 3 floors. The spacious lower ground floor living hosts an excellent kitchen, dining area and large sofas with a huge tv, leading out to dog friendly enclosed lawn garden and decking. 2nd floor bedrooms are light and spacious with a nice bathroom. However the top floor with bedroom and then lounge with absolutely to die for views is something else!!! Fortunately Im on the cetaceans sightings group and as soon as any dolphins were spotted in the south bay, I could grab binoculars and watch! The view captures a phenomenal distance of gorgeous bays and harbour and I spent lots of time up there enjoying the view!! The location is perfect to walk straight out of the door to head to both north and south bays or jump in the car for short distances to other towns and beaches. Definitely 10/10 from my husband and I and our 2 Border Collies!!!❤️❤️❤️

The property was great - perfect situation to gain access to many attractions - both North and South beaches, the castle, beautiful St Mary's Church and Scarborough Cricket Club!

We were very comfortable and particularly enjoyed the top floor sitting room with views over the sea. So restful. The only slight criticism would be insufficient crockery for a self-catering holiday. Plenty of plates, bowls, mugs, glasses etc. but no serving dishes or jugs for family meals - a few extra items would have been useful. Nevertheless we had a great time and would recommend the property to others.

A real home from home.

Ideally situated to enjoy both North and South bay resorts. Spotlessly clean and extremely well maintained. Thoughtfully decorated and furnished. Parking was no problem with the permits provided. We were amazed how spacious the property is and especially loved the top floor lounge area. What a treat,
