    “One week holiday break with my partner, this our fifth time staying at these apartments within two years, wouldn’t stay anywhere else now in Scarborough.”

    The location is brilliant, town centre right on your door step and five minute walk to the sea front. Cleaners are lovely and polite when you bump into them. Beds are massive and very comfortable.Instructions to get into property are very easy to understand and the apartments are immaculately clean. Only downside was the sofas were quite uncomfortable when sitting on them for an hour or more, this was our first time in room 403 and found one of the trims on the shower tray that covers the ...

Only downside was the sofas were quite uncomfortable when sitting on them for an hour or more, this was our first time in room 403 and found one of the trims on the shower tray that covers the panel all loose about 3ft had to keep putting it back on. If we had any window open in the apartment it would cause -all the doors to open and rattle. Maybe have a suggestion box in the room for guests to let you know about any issues in the apartments so they can be rectified.
