“Lovely views, which are the absolute highlight of this flat.”

Unfortunately, the only furniture to use on the balcony were a couple of impractical and uncomfortable bar stools, which we had to carry in and out. Disappointing that there was no welcome hamper, not even a carton of milk. Every house I’ve stayed in has always left something, and it’s always a lovely personal touch. Parking is a nightmare. You do get one scratch card for the first 24 hours.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We chose the stools for the balcony specifically so that you can sit and look over the balcony ironwork, a normal chair wouldn't offer you the same view. Welcome pack? We do leave most items you need, except food or milk as we don't know what time you will be arriving, there is a late opening one stop shop literally over the road. Parking? Its Scarborough (!) and they are making things difficult for us all, but you can buy a parking permit online (not needed in advance or to be posted out to you, details were in our welcome folder) and this can be used across all the council carparks in North Yorkshire (including Whitby and Bridlington). I'm sorry you only rated us 50% on our comfort and facilities, an interesting choice of rating.... Property Owner
