“40 Ashville Ave, Scarborough
The 4 bedroom house was spotless, very comfortable and had everything you would need to
accommodate your stay.”
It has 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and both have showers.
The owner provided all day street parking permits which saved us having to move our car every 3 hours.
The house has a small enclosed courtyard with some garden furniture, a bit overlooked, but would still be nice to sit out in the summer with a glass of wine, but not during our 4 day stay in November.
We were 10 to 15 minutes walk to the town centre/restaurants/sea front. Our weather for November was dry and sunny - ...

Scarborough is a large town with enough places to eat, drink and shops etc, but is a wee bit hilly in places.
We had fish and chips at Lifeboat Fish Bar (best in the town), Chinese at Kam Sung, Italian at Florios and Indian at the Royal Tandoori, all meals were enjoyed by us both.
We would certainly recommend both the house and the area as a lovely place to stay/visit for a holiday.
Thankyou so much for your lovely feedback, So glad you enjoyed your stay and were able to make the most of your visit, by enjoying the sights and eating out options Scarborough has to offer.
