Nice living room and kitchen.
Cons - showers did not work, think limp and no constant temperature control. The beds were grim, yellow with staining on the base, if that’s your thing you’ll be happy here.
Fancy letting out a very large property for groups with a hot tub next to a what looks like a retirement let.
Sadly wouldn’t recommend.

As you can see, we are yet to receive any feedback in relation to the
issue you mentioned with the showers and have double checked these since
your stay and can find no problems? Additionally, the beds have also been
checked and the issues mentioned have also not been found as this was also
the first time this has been reported.
When in the property, we would be more than happy to help and when
chatting about your late night noise levels, you failed to mention any of
these problems which we would have happily rectified immediately.
Finally, as can be seen from the main photograph, we aren't next to a
retirement home, but a lovely bed and breakfast who made us aware of the
noise levels coming from the property very late on, following complaints
from their guests.
With the care and attention that has been put into North Beach Lodge, we
would always be ready to fix any rare problem that might occur straight
away and so we would hope that our guests would inform us before the end of
their stay.
