“Thank you for the welcome pack.”

It was very comprehensive. The house was lovely and we enjoyed looking at the photographs of the refurbishment. Everyone said their beds were comfy. It was very comprehensive. The house was lovely and we enjoyed looking at the photographs of the refurbishment. Everyone said their beds were comfy. Location was very central. the bedrooms on the front of the house being on the main road, were noisy compared to the back. Earplugs had to be purchased for the second night as it was warm and we needed the windows open which didn’t help. The other thing that affected sleep quality was just having blinds and no curtains meant there was a lot of light. Luckily I had taken my eye mask. Perhaps this is something you could provide? The kitchen was well stocked with plenty cups, glasses, plates etc. Our group tended to congregate in the kitchen dining area - I imagine other holidaymakers did too as the barstools and seatpads on the dining chairs were really grubby and stained. They really let the house down. Bathrooms were clean and towels aplenty and nice quality. One observation was the bath tub could do with a grab rail and a non slip mat. Final observation is having only one set of keys and no doorbell proved problematic at times! Overall we had a really good time and the hot tub was a nice touch.
