    “There was no hot water, the bed was broken and needs sorting out before any more visitors.”

    It was a nice touch to provide pet feeding bowls. I had logs and some kindling provided. The electric heaters provided which I had to use heated the house up. The dishwasher was good as I had no hot water and there was an electric shower.

    Hello thank you for your feedback, apologies you had no hot water. if you had contacted me as per guest manual I would of guided you on how to switch it on, if the instruction were not clear. I would like to know why cleanliness was only 50%, we have very high standards and inspections. We were disappointed to find your dog was brought upstairs, peed on the bed and never cleaned up, t The rules clearly state this and a claim has gone in with photos. The house is heated and advertised with a back burner, electric heaters for ease. Thank you for letting me know the end slat is broken on the bed, this will be replace. Property Owner
