    “Had a fantastic time staying in the apartment and will be coming back for sure.”

    Never been to a more fully equipped and comfortable apartment. We both loved it. 5 items it would be worth the owners looking at: 1. The towel rail in the bathroom is defective/ does not work 2. The ceiling vent in the kitchen is blocked solid with dirt/dust 3. The shower water pressure is extremely low given the pressure at the taps. We cleaned the head ourselves which did improve it. I suspect that the flexible hose is blocked internally and needs replacing. 4. The TV/Router initially ...

I preformed a manual software update on the Bush TV which seemed to fix this. Worth monitoring 5. The internet connection is painfully slow, both up and downstream. I am sure this could be upgraded with minimal cost. The speeds are dog slow even for an old technology copper solution Although the above sounds like complaints, this is NOT the case, just constructive feedback as we felt the apartment is so good, its well worth feeding the above back as if these items were addressed it which would make it even better.

There is a stylish entrance lobby with intercom and lift access on the ground floor to the third floor, which is where the apartment is located. The apartment comprises entrance hallway with open plan living and two bedrooms.

The open plan living area has a fully equipped kitchen with oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer.

A dining area which comfortably seats 4 and a sitting room with Flat screen TV/DVD/Freeview. There are also double doors offering beautiful long distance views over a Juliet balcony. There is a master bedroom with double, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with thermostatic shower over bath, wash basin and WC, Whitby Civic Society gave this development - ’Union Mill' - a prestigious 'Award for Design Excellence'.
