We had a great stay at the evening star engine shed, it had everything we needed and in a great location.

It was very clean and we would recommend it to family and friends.

The apartments are spotless, well stocked and comfortable.

Evening Star having an ensuite toilet is a real bonus. Covered parking is good. No outside sitting space but not needed as only 200 metres to pubs, cafes, restaurants, Supermarket, bus terminal, train station and all on the harbour wall. Car not needed. Jo, the housekeeper, is very pleasant and helpful. We would certainly return again.

We have had several stays in a number of the accommodations in the Old Engine Shed and this was our first stay in the Evening star.

Its smaller that the other 2 bedroom flats and the single bed was very uncomfortable and oddly high which made the box room feel even smaller. In the other bedroom the double bed doesn't split into two singles as offered on the website which caused a bit of an issue. Overall another great stay and next one already booked but in one of the larger accommodations.
