Quayside Haven apartment was very comfortable, spacious and clean.

We stayed between 4th to 11th June and enjoyed a extremely pleasant visit. The apartment is well situated, nice view over the estuary and only a short walk into Whitby. Highly recommended.

The apartment was perfect in every way for us as a couple.

It was just as in the description so the fact that there was no washing machine and that the car park was a bit tight came as no surprise to us and we just embraced it all! Location is super, easy flat walk into town, public transport easy to access and great centre to do country or coastal walks from the accommodation without needing to move the car all week. Highly recommended.

Great location, easy to reach within 20 minutes of town centre.

Secure off road parking. Very comfortable and well equipped flat. Well maintained and spacious. As I am getting on a bit would have liked grab rail in shower. Didn't detract in anyway. Hope to visit again, especially at this time of year. Brilliant

Fabulous location overlooking the river and the railway station, short walk into Whitby centre, the accommodation is very welcoming and spacious, with everything you require for your stay, the heating keeps you warm and relaxing whilst watching the tv or just staring out of the window to admire the view, this was the second visit to this apartment so that tells you how much we loved it.

Lovely property, excelllent location quiet and very comfortable, everything we needed.

I did leave some feedback about the pans, felt they were ready for replacing.The only other very small negative was the bathroom, felt a little bit more attention to detail was needed with regard cleaning,was quite dusty and some mould on tiles which could easily have been cleaned off. Apart from that I would say it was perfect.

Great property in an ideal position.

Could do with a deeper clean as dusty in places but nothing that spoilt our break. The parking is useful although I do agree it's a bit tight in the undercroft parking spot, we were lucky there were only another couple of other cars in there. For unloading, park in the visitor spaces as someone else suggested. About a 10 minute walk down the side of the river into the town. All in all a really nice place.

My husband and I travel a lot and I usually find the photos of our accommodation are nicer than the real thing but not in this case, the flat was so much more spacious.

Lovely to have our own parking place. The flat was spotlessly clean. Very quiet area, no noise from neighbours. A total 10/10 from us.

Quiet, peaceful location overlooking the river.

The apartment was lovely, bright, spacious and immaculately clean. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The bed in the main bedroom was massive. It’s only a short walk from shops, restaurants and pubs. Whitby itself is very hilly but a good base to visit all the scenic surrounding areas. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Quayside Haven.

My wife and I used this as a short break and found the place ideal.

Everything we needed was present and the place was very well presented. We've stopped at various properties on this particular site and would not hesitate to stay again or recommended to anyone who may be thinking of a trip. Be advised its first floor and stairs only..not a problem for us so had no complaints

The property was excellent and beds were so comfortable it made for a relaxing holiday and with great night sleeps.

There was an oversight in cleansing of the grill pan and food stains on the glass shelves in the fridge, which was easily resolved and certainly did not spoil the holiday. We would recommend the whole experience to everyone.

We stay here often, it’s always immaculately clean, comfortable and has everything we need for a restful weekend away.

We had a lovely stay the location is fabulous.

Watching the birds was wonderful the added bonus was seeing the steam trains. The apartment is spacious comfortable and very well equipped. Having a parking space was an added bonus. The only thing was if the cleaners had left some window cleaner we would have cleaned the windows inside as we were very lucky to have very sunny days. Also we couldn’t get the heated towel rail to work.

Excellent property within walking distance of town centre.

Very comfortable throughout. Also there are empty cupboards in the kitchen for your food which is a nice change in holiday let's. We would definitely visit again.

The apartment was well kept clean and comfy.

The only issue was the allocated parking access (which is difficult to get into this was no fault of the owner of the property) the advise given in the literature in the apartment was to park on a visitor parking spot if one was available. Good Advice otherwise a good location to the town.

Had a great stay, loved it looking forward to booking again.

This is the second time we’ve been to this apartment, it’s perfect for us.

Lovely and comfortable, with everything you could need for your stay. It has a designated indoor parking spot so you don’t need to worry about trying to park, and it’s easily close enough to walk into the town centre. Just far away enough for it to be lovely and quiet on an evening. Highly recommend this apartment, we’ll be back again and again I’m sure

4th visit to Quayside lovely place

A lovely quayside apartment, just a short walk from all Whitby has to offer.

The private parking for one vehicle beneath the apartment block, means you can safely leave the car and enjoy Whitby on foot. The property was clean, well maintained and equipped for our short break. Whitby has plenty of lovely restaurants, cafés and pubs to suit all tastes. Its history and beautiful scenery will satisfy sightseers, as well as those looking for lovely walks right from the doorstep. We would certainly recommend Quayside Haven.

An excellent apartment in a quiet area of Whitby overlooking the river.

It was clean, cosy and very comfortable. The bed was amazing. The secure parking was an added bonus. Would recommend.

The location was perfect and home from home.

A short walk into town to all the shops and pubs. The only criticism we have is the bath/shower needs updating. We are in our mid sixties and very able bodied but struggled getting in and out of the bath to shower. It is typical bath height but either a safety handle to hold onto to get in/out would be a huge help, or remove the bath for a walk in shower. Apart from this the location was amazing.

Just returned from a very enjoyable week at Quayside Haven.

Quayside is very well situated with great walks on the doorstep - close enough to walk in to Whitby and far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. Kitchen was small but had everything we needed.and all was clean and comfortable, The only negative would be the parking. The space allocated is incredibly awkward to get in and out of - even with a small car. A larger vehicle would be a challenge in deed to park and exit the space. There are visitor spaces, but often occupied in high season. Despite this we had a great stay!

Lovely and comfortable, the apartment was fantastic.

Just as described with amenities and in a great spot for access to Whitby. It is great to have a parking space too. The beds were very comfy. The view across the Esk is amazing too. The perfect place to stay. The bedding, towels, bathroom suite were very clean. I understand the cleaning team will be very busy but could have just done with a little more attention to detail, the corners of the bathroom floor could have done with being cleaned properly and things on the kitchen work surface moved as there were crumbs under the microwave and on the table. But only a minor point. Altogether a superb place and we would definitely stay there again.

Great location , short walk into town. Nice and quiet .The icing on the cake for us was seeing the steam trains and the activity on the the river. We were lucky with the weather which is always a bonus.

Our 3rd stay at quayside haven and it was lovely very quiet and the views are beautiful will definitely book again sometime soon.

Lovely place to stay with views out of the window of trains and the harbour very comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen and just a short walk into town

One or two things need attention table requires attention to beed got crumbs in bed in second room hard to sleep comfortably good all round otherwise nice place to stay

A lovely place to visit and a great place to stay.

Private off road parking was a real bonus. Lots of crockery and very well equiped.One heater in the rear bedroom seen a bit intermittent and could not switch for very long on ,might have been a faulty thermostat as it clicked on and did not heat up for very long. The reading light had the top lamp not working but everything else was great. Woth. The money for the location alone.

Our second visit really enjoyed the peace & quiet and just sitting looking out the window at the view lovely apartment have booked again for July so can't wait

The apartment was beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean & in a great location.

As 3 friends we had a wonderful weekend & would recommend staying here to others, easy walk into the town centre & everything we needed at a reasonable price.

The property was very clean and had everything you would need for our stay, the bed was very comfortable with plenty of storage space.

loved looking out onto the river even though the steam train was not running still enjoyed watching the other trains going by. the added bonus was having secure parking behind locked gates. A short walk along the river and you were in town with plenty of things to do and lots of places to eat. Really enjoyed our stay and if we come back again would not hesitate to stay here again. collecting the keys was really straight forward.

Wonderful apartment stunning view's very clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds we have slept in .

Perfect location and beautiful apartment, very well appointed and provided everything we needed.

Very safe, secure & quiet location yet only a 10 minute flat walk into town.

Great place to stay, very clean and the bed in the main bedroom is very comfortable.

The location is perfect, just a few mins walk into the centre of the town. A dishwasher is provided although we didn't make use of it, maybe a washing machine might be more useful? Also I would suggest adding a reminder for people to sign out of their streaming services on the smart TV before ending their stay. All in all a very pleasant place to stay in a great location and we look forward to staying again.

A very comfortable apartment in a fantastic location.

Close enough to town but far enough away to have peace and quiet. Our children loved watching the steam trains going by every hour or so. The lack of washing machine was tricky for us but was the only downside.

We spent the week walking the coastal section of the Cleveland Way and Quayside Haven was ideally placed for both bus stops and for exploring Whitby.

It was a very comfortable and welcoming flat to return to each evening in a peaceful location with views over the river and Whitby town. The bedrooms are large with lots of storage space and the decor throughout is simple but attractive. We were sad to leave and hope to make a return visit.

Super location, everything spotlessly clean, easy to find and locate all entrance keys will certainly recommend and would not hesitate to go back

We booked this as a quick getaway so expected a compact flat but actually all the rooms are a good size except the kitchen area!

There needs to be more info put in prior to booking about how awkward the access to the allocated parking is. We were lucky and the space next to it was empty this week but we would have struggled to get into the space if it was occupied. We only have a medium sized car too. There really needs to be a washing machine in the flat, it's a must for a beach holiday. There is ample room in the boiler/store room and a water supply there too. The fridge is also poor, very small and too low down. This needs addressing especially with 4 people staying in the flat.

Well located, very well equipped clean apartment.

The beds are extremely comfortable. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or stay again.

It would be advisable not to have feathers in the bedding, i e pillows, as my wife is allergic to feathers and down, a great shame really as the apartment was spotless and clean.

The parking place is ideal for a mini or a Citroen c1. We were lucky there wasn't a car in the bay next to us otherwise it would have been very tight to park, but still a bonus to have a free parking place. Overall would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Wonderful location - walking distance into town, fantastic view over the river to the steam trains chugging past - quiet, peaceful - absolutely wonderful!
