What a little gem , lovely little cottage down a quiet country lane. It has everything you could ever need on a holiday. Spacious kitchen fully equipped and comfortable snug lounge. Upstairs two spacious bedrooms and bathroom with over the bath shower. Small enclosed garden, perfect if you take your furry friends with you. Would highly recommend staying in this lovely little cottage

Best cottage we have ever stayed in.

The kitchen alone racked up the brownie points with its cottage feel, large kitchen table and fabulous cooker! It’s situated in a lovely spot far from traffic, with the odd horse rider and tractor passing by but not remote at all. The neighbours too are really helpful and all in all a really lovely place to spend a week checking out the area.

A lovely typical Yorkshire cottage that is furnished with quality furniture & decor.

There is also a lovely courtyard that we spent a lot of time in due to the hot weather. Bed was very comfortable, shower worked well and kitchen well equipped. Our dog loved his visit. We will certainly be returning Only feedback for improvement is, despite it being a large kitchen & well stocked there was no cupboard space to store food. Not sure how this could be accommodated though. Also, some damage to kitchen cupboard next to oven. Thank you for a lovely stay and we will be back

Snowdrop Cottage was perfect every eventuality was catered for.

Equipment, from cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery was of a very high standard. The welcome tin of homemade buiscuits were delicious. Very pet friendly too.

Another lovely stay at Snowdrop and the refurb since our last stay is beautiful cozy and stylish.

There was everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A must visit for anyone considering a visit to this area.

Our third stay in this lovely cottage.

Extremely comfortable with everything you could need. Clean and well maintained and, importantly for us, a lovely comfy bed. Ideal for dogs with great walks from the front door. Off the beaten track, no street lighting and very quiet, although amenities are only a few miles away, and the coast only about half an hour journey. We love it and would recommend.

We had a lovely fortnight at Snowdrop Cottage.

It was a return visit after staying there last year. The cottage had everything we needed. We arrived at the cottage on Friday afternoon and had shopping delivered the next morning. There are lots of lovely places to visit, not far away, on the East Coast and on the North Yorkshire Moors. We enjoyed our holiday and plan to visit again next year all being well.

Had a great weekend break in snowdrop cottage, a dog walkers heaven beautiful countryside and close to beaches .

The cottage was everything you could ask for a clean , comfortable and cosy . Definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to return

A stunning part of Yorkshire with lots of things to see and do in the area.

Property was well thought out and functional. I enjoyed using the range cooker. Any chance of providing a parking permit and scratchcard? Park and ride used for a trip to SJT.

We had a lovely stay at this cottage nice to have flowers on arrival and the setting is just beautiful.

A very clean and nicely decorated cottage with lovely comfy beds and great walks from the doorstep with our 2 dogs, such a lot to do in this area of North Yorkshire We have already booked for next spring.

Located in a beautiful quiet courtyard.

Enclosed space for sitting out and for our dog. Lovely decor with some super pictures. Very comfortable bed and plenty of space. We had a wonderful holiday and enjoyed the local walks from the door. Well equipped ( we had to go out and buy some washing up liquid and some hand soap which one usually finds provided in cottages). The owner might consider providing some more relaxing outside furniture.

Tasteful decor and quality equipment and facilities. Bed comfortable. Spacious and cosy. Small enclosed front garden appreciated for our dog. Good location for visiting local area but nowhere within walking distance for eating/ drinking. Would highly recommend for a peaceful restful break.

We had a wonderful stay in Snowdrop Cottage.

Cottage itself was very comfortable - bed.lounge, bathroom etc all excellent. Dogs enjoyed it too with 3 walks on the doorstep that covered the morning and evening walks brilliantly. Great location to go and explore the area and near by some lovely Pubs and restaurants that we enjoyed and detailed in the visitor book. Christine was a super host and all in all, somewhere we would go back to without hesitation.

It was very comfortable, tucked out of the way and we came away very refreshed. We loved the walks straight from the cottage and the villages near by were lovely too. The cottage had pretty much all you could need and the log fire was very welcoming at the end of the day. I’m sure we’ll be back!

Super cottage set in some lovely countryside.

Very relaxing surroundings with fabulous walks from the door. Everything provided for the perfect break, even home made cookies and doggie treats. Thanks for the perfect retreat, can't wait to return.

The cottage was lovely and warm, well appointed with everything we needed.

One of the best bits was how dark the area is. So, that on a clear night, the amount of stars you can see was just amazing.

We had a relaxing enjoyable stay in this comfortable cottage which met all of our needs.

Great as a base for exploring the many places of interest that the moors has to offer. Cosy enough to hunker down when the weather was inclement. It is set in a lovely tranquil location but with easy access by car to local amenities. Lovely walks are to be had from the doorstep. A hidden gem at a good price for a week's holiday. Would definitely recommend.

The cottage was absolutely beautiful from the pictures shown however in person it was even better.

The furnishings had been updated since the pictures were taken which was a pleasant surprise. Everything you could possibly think of needing was to hand. We completely fell in the with the cottage and would 100% recommend.

We stayed from the 5/7/24 - 12/7/24 snow drop cottage is just a real home from home it’s been very well thought out every thing you could need has been provided for.

We have had several visits to Yorkshire over the last few years and this cottage would feature highly amongst them.

The property was well laid out, neat and tidy. A very comfortable stay.

Snowdrop Cottage had everything you needed for a great stay.

The cottage was spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. As somebody who has to have a dark bedroom, the shutters on the windows were a bonus as this made the room dark and relaxing ready for a good nights sleep. The beds were comfortable and even get a choice of pillows. The extra touches that Christine & Steven had thought off, ie plenty of tea towels, condiments, washing up liquid to name a few, were very appreciated as these are things you either bring or have to buy. Christine's communication was excellent, with a great knowledge of the area. The weather for our stay was not great, so we did not get to do any of the walks from the cottage, and also missed out on some other suggestions, so we are looking to come back next year.

Wonderful cottage , very quiet spot surrounded by countryside the cottage had everything you need was warm and clean and very comfortable.

Bruno, our poodle did too! The cottage had everything we needed. The view from the windows over the woodland, carpeted in snowdrops was spectacular and the cottage in a very peaceful location. We hope to go back next year and have a longer stay. A lovely welcome tray when we arrived and the owner of the cottage very helpful. Thankyou!

The cottage is lovley and cosy even with dogs it has everything you need being clean well equipped kitchen and very comfortable bed also close to some of the most popular seaside towns To finish it's owners are very friendly & helpful

We had a lovely stay in this cottage with our two little dachshunds from 22 to 29 September 23.

It is well appointed and met all our needs. In a quiet location yet in easy reach of all amenities. A real gem.. We looked forward to returning to the cottage after our days out as it is really comfortable and cosy. Similarly we were able to hunker down when the weather was inclement. Fortunately the weather was largely kind and we were able to go out and about. The location afforded us easy access to the coast. We had enjoyable trips to Scarborough, Whitby and Filey. These are traditional resorts, maybe not on trend these days, but we love them. We also had some enjoyable drives inland off the beaten track. Lovely dog walks were had from the cottage door. Marvellous times and we are already planning our return . Highly recommended.

We have just returned from a 7 night stay at Snowdrop Cottage.

The Cottage is off a quiet lane in a courtyard with some other cottages. There is parking outside the gate with a shingle small front garden which is secure for dogs. The cottage is very well equipped with everything you need and extremely comfortable. The beds have luxury bedding and very comfortable. There are several dogs walks directly from the cottage across fields on public footpaths and the surrounding area has some lovely bays and countryside for dog walks or visits. There are at least 4 pubs within 10 min drive which serve good food and some local beers. We can not recommend Snowdrop cottage enough for a relaxing break and will certainly return in the future.

On arrival we found lovely homemade biscuits waiting for us plus a little bag of dog treats for Bella. We found the folder with the walks around the area very useful, we will return

Wonderful area. Great walks. Couldn't have been better. Probably the nicest cottage we have ever stayed in. No doubt helped by wonderful weather.

Superb cottage, beautifully presented and so well equipped.

Situated in such a peaceful location, great for exploring this part of the country with Scarborough, Whitby, Filey etc all easily accessible. A great find!

Fantastic well appointed cottage, beautifully decorated and all contents of extremely high quality.

The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The welcome gifts for us and our dog were appreciated. The cottage is well equipped with everything we needed for our stay, very clean and cosy with a log burner fire and plentiful supply of logs. The location is excellent for both the coast and moors area with lovely dog walks on the doorstep too. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this cottage to others.

Enjoyed the welcome pack which was left by the owner and the wood burner which was lovely to come back to after our days out. Great location for visiting the beaches and Yorkshire villages.

A little hidden gem A very well equipped cottage and beautifully decorated It has an enclosed front area which was very safe for our dogs It is in a lovely quiet area which is great for visiting all that the North Yorkshire Moors has to offer Will definitely be back

We had a lovely time at Snowdrop cottage.

It is a good location that was handy for the coast, Dalby Forest and the N Yorks steam railway. The cottage itself was warm and the beds were very comfortable. The duvets, pillow, towels were lovely quality. The kitchen was well equipped to a very good standard. It was very generous with extras like condiments, cooking oil, tea towels, cling film and a welcome cake and bottle of milk. Only thing I would suggest, would be a bottom stair gate to stop the dogs running upstairs. Slight problem with the doors being a bit “hingebound” and having to lean on them to close them properly. But a lovely place to stay and would definitely recommend.

We were absolutely delighted with this beautiful rural and peaceful cottage.

The cottage was beautiful and had everything we needed.

The area is lovely and the cottage is in a great position to drive to lots of different places. The garden is enclosed which was great for our dog and something we struggle to find normally.

Situated in a quiet location this beautiful cottage was perfect for a nice summer break.
