The kitchen is fully equipped and the appliances were all in working order; however, the hot water was not. There were quite a lot of teething issues, which meant it wasn’t a seamless stay.
On arrival, there were no keys in the lock boxes and the access codes supplied were incorrect on two boxes. We had difficulty gaining access, and it took some time to obtain the correct contact details in order to enter the property.
The hot water taps in both the kitchen and bathroom only ran at a very slow trickle, which requires urgent attention. The apartment was also not clean, with dusty floors and debris left over from the renovation work.
There was no ironing board or iron provided, and the hairdryers in both bedrooms had EU plugs rather than UK plugs. A mirror or dressing table in the second bedroom would also be useful.
It would have been helpful to have a broom or hoover to keep the floors clean, especially with children and dogs staying in the apartment. Storage in the hallway, such as coat hooks or a shoe rack, would also be a useful addition.
The lamps in the lounge were rechargeable only and were flat on arrival. The ceiling spotlights are extremely bright, and the overall lounge lighting would benefit from some adjustment. The curtain pole also felt insecure.
The sofa was not particularly comfortable, and some scatter cushions would improve this. A welcome booklet with access codes, Wi‑Fi information and local details would also be helpful.
We managed during our stay, but there was a lot of having to make do.

Following your comments, we have already started addressing the problems raised. As the apartment had only recently been renovated, there were some teething issues e.g. arrangement for the keys and the hair dryer plug not matching the UK plug, and we completely understand your frustration.
We genuinely appreciate the detailed feedback, as it has helped us improve the experience for future guests. Your comments have been extremely valuable and will help us ensure a much smoother and more enjoyable stay for future guests visiting the property.
As this is a newly launched property and you were among our first guests, your feedback has been particularly helpful in identifying areas that needed improvement.
