The fridge had a few welcome refreshments, which was a nice touch. Access into the property was very easy. There is off-road parking to the front of the property onto a gravel yard, with a side gate to the path running to the apartment door at the rear.
The pub below is a bonus, a lovely establishment that is welcoming and serves good food.

The first is that the apartment is directly above the pub so in the evenings when it is open there is noise from the guests below but it usually subsided by 10.30pm. The second is that the staircase upto the apartment, from the entry door, is quite steep and narrow, so not advisable for anyone with mobility issues.
A few more coat hangers would be useful and a couple of coat hooks on the back of the bedroom door are suggested.
Overall, very good 1 bedroom accommodation in a lovely village location and highly recommended.
