    “The Retreat is a lovely, warm, well equipped house in a quiet & pretty location.”

    It has most of the comforts of home, & there was plenty of room for the 4 of us, including two young children. A lot of information about the places to visit was also supplied. We have booked it again for 2026. The downsides were a small, not smart, tv which meant the children were limited in what they could watch when we were indoors. Also the mattress on the single bed in the smallest bedroom was very lumpy & uncomfortable. Fine for a child, but not good for an adult, even a small one like ...
