Kettle and toaster were disgusting, we purchased cheap ones from Tesco for our use. TV is very out of date. Patio doors jamming and difficult to open. We are obviously disappointed that you encountered problems and can only assume that these were due to a temporary glitch with our cleaning company, we have contacted them to resolve this. However their contact details are within the welcome folder and we are sure a phone call would have resolved these issues in a timely manner.
The maintenance of the outside areas is the responsibility of 'The Bay' management team and we have previously made them aware of the condition of the patio & gardens, we have brought this to their attention again.
We also note your comment about the stair carpet, this is deep cleaned annually but is of course subject to wear & tear during the season.
